I started off wearing this thing with barely being able to buckle it in and now I have it to the furthest buckle and it could be tighter. It a good waist trainer, nice and tight and good coverage.

I'm 5'4 150lbs and brought a medium so glad I did.. the key to this product snap size first then put on legs first and pull it up, bc I couldn't snap it on my stomach and it's going to stretch eventually.... first day on and I love it!!!! Very comfortable and support the entire stomach, back, and love handles it doesn't rise up... highly recommended 👌 👍 👏 💯

I love that it have hookers and a zipper it helps my back when I am exercising it works well for me. Only thing I wish that it was longer because I have a medium to long torso. but it still work well with no problems

I bought a 2x in this because that's the size I am in everything and I just wanted to see how it would be working out in a waist trainer. This one was a waste of money and I'm glad I got to return it and get my money back. The 2x is NOT 2x and should be categorized as at most an XL (I hooked it on the last hook and it barely even fit...), and due to that it was uncomfortable while (attempting to) working out and kept rolling down and cutting off the circulation in my stomach, caused a stomach ache.
