I didn't expect much with it being under $100. I was able to assemble it easily with the instructions, and honestly probably could have done it with out the instructions. It has adjustable heights to increase workout difficulty, which is nice as you progress or if you have more than one person using it. Its a good length to get a great ab workout in for me (who is 5'6") and my husband (who is 6'1"), which was something I was worried when I first ordered it, that it would be too short for a good workout. It also sturdy enough to hold me, at 185lbs without any sort of indication its struggling, and it isn't wobbly even when getting on and off of it. It fold up with just one easy to turn knob to be stored pretty much anywhere (closet, under bed/couch, against a wall and be out of the way), and is light enough that its easy to move even up and down stairs. The electronic counter is straightforward and intuitive to use, and the battery can be replaced easily without having to do more than remove the battery cover (no need to disassemble). And, though this is just for those who are esthetically picky, the colors are true to their pictures. Overall GREAT product! Highly recommend.

I'm a gym rat so I can attest to this item being a good piece of "at home" equipment. I read all of the reviews and despite negative comments I bought it hoping for the best because I'm in Kuwait and cant get to the gym like I want to. It was easy to set up w/ just the pictures I tried it out a lil and no squeaking or awake stops as I slide up and down It feels sturdy and it's easy to adjust the height I'm 152lbs and it works great for me so I'd recommend you try it and see for yourself

One star off because: (1) It is not clear how to reset the data screen. Instruction in the manual looks like direct Google translation from another language. (2) some parts got loosen after 2-3 days of use, but not vital parts (the spongy pads where you put your knees on therefore produces squeaky noise & the plastic cap on the foot contacting the ground), so its function still remains okay. FYI: I am petite 5'2 -105 lb. It supports my weight without problems. Also, I have been using this daily for less than a month, and I am not sure if it's effective in terms of training my abd muscle. It's easier to experience the instant effects with conventional pushups and burpees. I bought this only because my wrists were injured.

After having kids and going through the change, losing my pooch has become hard. So I started to look for ways to strengthen my stomach area. I seen this on social media and decided to give it a try. Putting it together was simple and didn’t take long. The first time I tried it, I was impressed by how smooth it was. I did 5 reps of 10 to start. The next day I could feel the soreness in my lower stomach area. I let my muscles rest for the day. And decided to make a routine for every other day to build up, I can feel a difference already. Only set it up today but so far I like it. Came with instructions in English. Assembly was really easy. Unscrew 2 screws from frame and attach the handles then screw back in, unscrew screws attached to monitor then line up with holes on handle plate and screw back in. Attach foam pads and you are done! Took about 5 minutes. As other reviews stated, it's very sturdy. Does not wobble at all. Yet very small and space saving. First day so I could only do 12 (yes, I'm super out of shape) but going off of how sore my abs are, I feel like I should have a six pack tomorrow lol.

Awesome machine! Due to long hours at work I barely get to see a gym so I used my membership money on this ab.core machine instead. I received it today and set it up in about ten minutes than jumped right on it, right away you feel the burn and im loving it! I'am 5'3" and weight is 140lbs. I got the abcore to tone my tummy up but I feel it will also tone my butt and arms as well. Nicely priced, delivery was fast and professional and thank you delivery person for ringing the doorbell!

There’s nothing wrong with the machine itself. On the contrary, assembly was easy and the machine is easy to use. The thing is, it doesnt really have much diversity so you’re only hitting one part of your abdomen. If this is for a small space like an apartment it’s really not worth it unless you’re trying to add it to a space devoted with gym equipment. This is not multifunctional whatsoever.
