Definitely works the abs, adjusts to your height (I am 5'10"), simple instructions, easy, 8 steps to put together, all the screws (maybe 10) are already in place, all you have to do is unscrew and screw.

I took one star off because it does wobble a bit, but that aside it's great! I definitely surprised myself a bit when I was able to do a few crunches on the most difficult setting. As for the work out quality, I was definitely feeling the burn right away! Thankfully with none of the aches of regular crunches/sit ups. The cushions are super comfortable! I'm on the heavier side (223) and was worried my weight would make it uncomfortable to do workouts. The workout aspect aside, storing this machine is super easy! You twist the knob and fold it up! It's not heavy at all (Maybe 10-15 pounds at most). Moving it around is super easy, and the color options themselves were pretty great. I'd recommend it given the price and shipping speed, as well as my experience thus far :)! ... show more

I didn't expect much with it being under $100. I was able to assemble it easily with the instructions, and honestly probably could have done it with out the instructions. It has adjustable heights to increase workout difficulty, which is nice as you progress or if you have more than one person using it. Its a good length to get a great ab workout in for me (who is 5'6") and my husband (who is 6'1"), which was something I was worried when I first ordered it, that it would be too short for a good workout. It also sturdy enough to hold me, at 185lbs without any sort of indication its struggling, and it isn't wobbly even when getting on and off of it. It fold up with just one easy to turn knob to be stored pretty much anywhere (closet, under bed/couch, against a wall and be out of the way), and is light enough that its easy to move even up and down stairs. The electronic counter is straightforward and intuitive to use, and the battery can be replaced easily without having to do more than remove the battery cover (no need to disassemble). And, though this is just for those who are esthetically picky, the colors are true to their pictures. Overall GREAT product! Highly recommend. ... show more

This machine is super easy to assemble with screws already in place & it comes with a allen wrench. All you have to do is unscrew & assemble the pieces & screw back in. I was able to complete the assembly process in 15 minutes & didn't even need to look at the instructions to determine what pieces go where. It glides smoothly & the cushions are perfect for your knees & arms. The digital counter is on point & easy to use. I really appreciate how simple it us to adjust to different heights & the option to fold & store make it simple to tuck away in a corner or slide under a bed to save on your space if needed. There’s nothing wrong with the machine itself. On the contrary, assembly was easy and the machine is easy to use. The thing is, it doesnt really have much diversity so you’re only hitting one part of your abdomen.
