I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the costume. The Velcro on the back is double sewn, it comes with a real belt, and the fabric isn’t too thin. The only thing we didn’t like was the mask. It’s hard to see out of and it’s a very hard plastic that cuts into my sons neck. The comfort strips on the inside don’t offer much comfort. We will probably have to trick or treat without the mask which is a bummer bc the mask is 70% of a fish stick costume. ... show more

Bought for my son who weighs 60 lb 48 in tall.. age 7. Bought M should've went to large. He complained of not being able to see out of face mask. The head strap needs to be adjustable to accommodate head size. I had to take stitch out to make it bigger and re sew the strap so it stayed on better.

My child loved it! We ordered 2 sizes and went with the larger size. It is a slim fit costume and my child isn’t very large. He’s very trim and the back Velcro closure was still a little bit tight. He is in between sizes and so it worked with the larger size. If your child is not so slim fit it may be a hard one to pull off or you may need to size up a few sizes not just one.
