Fairly easy to install but use a power drill and socket instead of the provided wrench which will wear you out. Good fit on parts. NO extras so don't lose those screws !!! The wood has lots of splits/cracks and although it has a finish, I'd strongly recommend using a polyurethane water proofing product or I would expect the life expectancy to be severely reduced.
