The gates are big enough for the T-Rex to hide behind, then you open them for the big reveal. By itself, the T-Rex is just a feat of Lego engineering. My 10 year old loved the set! It was the only thing he had his heart set on that he wanted for Christmas. He had it put together in about 4 days (not consistently working on it). it is a bit fragile if you bump it or depending how you move it, some pieces fall off but go right back on. Goes well with his other Jurassic world/park Lego sets. Worth every penny. ... show more
