I read all the reviews, did lots of research. This electric fireplace is perfect and lives up to its description. Several settings to adjust to every mood, and temperature, ambiance. Easy to assemble. Nice and narrow, so it's not to bulky. Definitely a 2023 Favorite!!

The fireplace was easy to assemble. I will not be using the crackling sound as it sounds like popcorn popping with a muffled undertone. I like the sleek look and it puts off a good amount of heat.

The media could not be loaded. Fair price, good quality, easy to assemble. The crackle is the icing on the cake. We really love it. Yes you can hear the fan, but it’s not irritatingly loud. Up close it looks like an electric fireplace but far away at the couch it is really believable. Shipping was a breeze. Thank you so much! ... show more

The instructions for mounting brackets are unclear but we made it work. Otherwise perfect purchase. Mantle box and fireplace insert ship separately, and our first fireplace insert got lost in delivery but seller promptly shipped a replacement. Would shop with them again.
