I read all the reviews, did lots of research. This electric fireplace is perfect and lives up to its description. Several settings to adjust to every mood, and temperature, ambiance. Easy to assemble. Nice and narrow, so it's not to bulky. Definitely a 2023 Favorite!!

The instructions for mounting brackets are unclear but we made it work. Otherwise perfect purchase. Mantle box and fireplace insert ship separately, and our first fireplace insert got lost in delivery but seller promptly shipped a replacement. Would shop with them again.

People should be aware this product comes in 2 different deliveries. The insert came quickly, the mantle arrived later. The fireplace is beautiful and has different options I love like listening to a crackling fire or programming different brightnesses of the fire it self… also is programmable to come on at different times, has a mood light that surrounds the fire… just be patient you will not get everything at once. ... show more
