I don't write reviews very often but my husband and I are so happy with this fireplace. It is a stunning addition to our master bedroom. We heat our house off our wood burning fireplace in our family room but our master was always a little chilly. This electric fire place works perfectly to make the room cozy. My husband was hesitant to get an electric fireplace because so many of them look super fake but after showing him the reviews and photos on this product I was able to convince him of the idea. The flame is so pretty and while I prefer the more natural fire color it's fun to adjust to different colors and flame heights. The sound effects are super cheesy but who cares, we just turn it off. We love this fireplace and would recommend it to everyone.

The fireplace arrived quickly and packaged very well. The instructions are clear and well-written. The only information I couldn't find was how to change the temp display from C to F. A message to the seller garnered a quick response (overnight) with instruction on how to make the change. Holding the + (plus) button for 3 seconds.

Simply WOW!!! It looks amazing!! I like the way flames look, they are almost REAL!! Size is 60” and it’s the right size for our living room. Is summer time so we haven’t tried the heat part but so far so good.
