I don't normally write reviews, but between the quality of the item and the customer service, I felt I had to The couch: Finally, I found a couch that hit the sweet spot I was looking for. Firm enough to support, but soft enough to nap on. Every other couch I had tested (including names brands like Thomasville Furniture and Ashley) skewed too far one way or the other. On top of that, the other brands were easily double the cost of this couch without being modular. Basically, the couch is great, super comfortable, love the color, and the value is incredible Customer service: This is a big one to me as I come from a customer service background. The seller wasn't just prompt in answering any questions I had, but proactive in providing information that Amazon did not readily make available. As this was a big shipment it came in 11 boxes. Amazon only showed tracking for 6 of them (under one master tracking number). However, once I went to my messages area, I found communication from the seller with the other tracking numbers and when to expect their arrival. Frankly, they were great. ... show more

Absolutely love this couch! I originally reached out to the seller to ask if it could ship sooner than the estimated lead time, and to my surprise, it arrived within a week of ordering. The couch itself is beautiful, comfortable, and exactly what I was hoping for. I loved it so much that I wanted to add another corner piece, so I messaged the seller again and they were incredibly helpful. I decided to go with the olive green in U9 option. It took me four hours to do by myself. You might be quicker, but I was a single lady putting everything by myself without the manual. The parts are pretty self-explanatory though, interlocking where needed. I worked with Customer Service / seller to get the remaining parts, the arms for the end of the couch, and Customer Service / seller was great. I received the arms within hours. Customer service/ seller were quick to respond with any concerns I had. I am very pleased with this couch. The fabric is a sturdy, soft corduroy texture. The foam is firm and and bouncy . This couch was 8 x 12‘ and L shape. It fit my living room perfectly. I recommend if you want a couch that you can dress up with pillows or just as a plain stand alone couch. It does come with three pillows that you can leave as is or make pillow covers for . Price point for me was good. I looked at a few couches on Amazon and this one was good price point for me, and I kept watching for when the price went down a little, then I purchased. Price is good on comfort and style for my liking. There are two Ottomans that came with this set, but I only put one in the photos. ... show more

Review update: This vendor has been very cooperative in resolving our issues. They shipped a new arm piece to replace the damaged unit and also sent replacement aligator clips for the bottom of the pieces that were coming apart. I feel they were very responsive to our concerns and communicated very well throughout the process. They have been a very honorable company to deal with. Another edit: My Grandkids were over this weekend. By the next day, the sections of the couch were completely separated! It’s not like they were jumping all over it, just normal wiggly kid stuff. This is very not cool! Also the stool I have attached to the side I sit on most, won’t stay together. What the heck?? Edit: After living with this set for a while I have noticed a few things. The thing I’d like to mention most is the arm rests. BE CAREFUL! Apparently they aren’t intended to hold much weight. If you use your elbow to scooch yourself over, it will crack and leave a dip! 😱 I have done this a few times by accident and now there is a permanent dip! SO AGGRAVATING! I have never had a couch do this! I guess that’s why the price is so low. It’s not like I am overweight either! Beautiful set!! It was a little tricky getting it here as it was out of stock. The company was very good at communicating with us and kept us posted on its arrival. There were a few spots I wasn’t happy about (ink and grease) but at least they were small. Company said they’d give us a credit on the next item we buy…. Which isn’t too likely. lol ... show more
