When I received the package, it said it was for people who are 90 to 165 lbs. I thought I ordered a size larger than that, and I was worried because I'm 5'11, 223lb. These fit perfectly with a little extra room, my only complaint is after 1 use (just trying them on I didn't wear them out yet) they developed runs in 3 places. The runs are not too bad and the tights can still be worn and look good.
