This is a good midlevel back brace. It has some adjustments but is not too fancy. It barely fit me. Based on my waist I was at the top of the medium chart so I got a large but I also have hips. So it fit me but barely. Hopefully it will last a while. It's good to have a back brace for those days you overdo it with the yardwork or chores and need some support.

I got this brace to help support my back after a sciatica flare up. I have a large, heavy duty brace, however since it's summer I was hoping to find something just a little lighter that would be more barrable in the heat but still have good support. This does the trick. I ordered based on the size chart, so got a small, and that was unfortunate. I would definitely recommend to size up. While it does fit it barely fits with the initial Velcro closure. The additional elastic bands supports are fine and work well to tighten it up and keep things firm, but I do wish there was a bit more room for attachment at the front. Outside of that it works fairly well to support my back. I would say it's still not enjoyable to wear when it's really hot out, but it is better than my heavy duty brace so will reach for this one on the hotter days.

Great adjustable back support - if you have back pain in the end of the day, this is a solution for you as it was for me. Elastic bands let you adjust the support and tightness level, quite easy to use. The supplied size chart was a little bit confusing - the waist ranges are not to be trusted, e.g. if you wear size 29-30 pants, go for Medium size, even though the table suggests Small, or else the Velcro overlap might be not enough and the belt won't be secured properly. I went for the gray color - it's less noticeable under casual clothes.

For most people this back brace will provide all the support they need. With four stays providing rigidity, and elastic bands to provide tight adjustment, this will help most people with any back problems they are experiencing. Since I have a previous back injury and do LOTS of heavy lifting every day, I prefer belts with a lumbar pad, which is why I'm only giving it four stars. For most people, the absence of a lumbar pad isn't significant, and this back brace is a good choice.

This is a pretty nice back brace. The straps adjust easily for a perfect fit. The material is strong, yet surprisingly light and breathable. That's a huge plus in this Texas heat. Good value for money and a good product. I expect to use this for years to come.

This is an awesome lumbar support. The back is very structured and offers great support for chronic back pain (and bad posture). It's easy to put on and adjust for a snug fit. And comfortable to wear - definitely helpful for sitting at work.
