Works reasonably well. Excellent deal for the price. But, some times plates fall off when doing certain exercises.

These LEEKEY adjustable dumbbells are excellent. The overall build quality feels solid, and the anti-slip handles provide a secure grip during workouts. Adjusting the weight is fast and easy, which makes transitioning between exercises smooth and efficient. The base itself is low-profile but essential—it’s what unlocks the dumbbells and allows the weight to be changed. This design keeps everything stable, organized, and safe when adjusting or storing the weights. I also really like the range of weight options available, which makes this set versatile for a full-body workout. Overall, this is a well-designed, space-saving adjustable dumbbell set with good weight selection and strong build quality. A great option for a home gym setup.

These are pretty good adjustable dumbbells. Grips are really nice and comfortable and the adjustment between the weights is very easy compared to the other adjustable dumbbells I have that are the screw on type. The weight increments are relatively large if you were looking at getting these as a beginner. If the 4.5 lb setting is tricky for you to use, then when you go to progressive overload you'll have to jump to 9 lbs, which could be quite a hike if you're looking at a unilateral exercise. I wouldn't call that a deal breaker or anything, just something to consider based on the kind of weight and exercises you're planning on doing. There is one thing that knocks the rating down a bit for me though, which is that when the weight plates are engaged, the dumbbells have a lopsided orientation. Said another way, the weights are not centered on the handle, so unless they're oriented with the heavy side down they will want to roll in your hand so that the heavier portion of the dumbbell is down. This factor is pretty inconvenient for something like a dumbbell bench press where you need the weight over top of you and then may suddenly realise that the ding dang weights aren't "on the right side." This just seems like a pretty obvious oversight that the manufacturer just didn't think of, but that with a little math could have made it so the weights are totally balanced on the handle. Overall, however, these are still a fine purchase if the price is right, but if you found an equally priced adjustable weight set that did not have this inconvenience and was still of comparable quality, I'd go with those.

These are slowly coming down in price and worth it as soon as they reach your price-point if you live in an apartment or have minimal space for a workout gym at home. They are so easy to switch between weights and anyone can figure it out and feel comfortable doing it, I could easily get my elderly parents this set and not worry. It is as simple as a twist of the wrist. Once it is out you can do anything you would otherwise need to do with a hexagonal weight, at least anything I have thought up. You can do horizontal pushups with them, you can use one and hold the ends with both hands. The actual weight increments are a bit non-standard, but if anything this gives some variation if you use these outside of the gym. If I could make an improvement it would be the markings on the collar should also be color coded so I twist to the color instead of the number, sometimes without my glasses I have to really stare . The durability seems great, but still all of these adjustable dumbbells are overpriced, it is a non-standard product and I imagine they will keep coming down, there is nothing in them that makes them this expensive. I can buy a full set of standard hex dumbbells for less, so still hard to justify the cost outside of limited space.

Loving them so far. The adjustment system is genuinely fast, I can literally change the weight in like 1 second, which is awesome for circuit training or when I’m switching between exercises like curls to shoulder presses. I think these sre great for beginners to intermediate folks who want variety without cluttering the garage.

These adjustable dumbbells are a convenient all-in-one solution, offering five weight options that work for both beginners and more experienced users. The quick adjustment mechanism is genuinely fast, which helps keep workouts moving without interruption. The protective base and compact footprint make them easy to store, and the non-slip ergonomic handle provides a secure, comfortable grip. Durability is good for the price point- the locking system feels sturdy, and the materials hold up well through repeated use. Considering the versatility and space-saving design, they offer strong value compared to buying multiple fixed-weight dumbbells. Overall, a practical, durable, and user-friendly set that delivers exactly what it promises.

This is a great set of dumbbells . The grips are very comfortable and easy to hold on to. The weight adjustment is simple to do. They take up a lot less rom than having half a dozen regular dumbbells or the kind you have to change weight plates on. They come with nice stands that keep them secure. They are a great value. I've used them a few times and they are very effective.
