The wife and I are both very happy with this purchase. As others have stated, I was skeptical about buying a couch online, but I am glad I did. The price is much cheaper than what you would pay at a furniture store. The only drawback is you have to unpack it and attach the back part, which was not really a big deal for me, but may be for some. As for the couch itself, it is well made, looks nice and is comfortable. the seats are firm and the back is about medium firmness. The recliners seem to be well crafted and are very comfortable, especially in the lower back region; definitely something you could fall asleep in. ... show more

Since there aren't many reviews on this couch, i will try to write a detailed one. This was my first time buying a couch online so it was leap of faith. Once assembled, it looks really nice. Pretty easy process, no tools required. The couch came in 6 pieces- the solid base, 3 cushions, and the 2 end 'ears'. The base is pretty heavy! Not easy getting it up the stairs. It's larger than i imagined but it looks great and is pretty comfortable so far. It does have a mild new couch odor, which i'm sure will go away in time. All in all, i am happy with the purchase and hope it lasts a long time. The shipping, though free, was less than ideal. I got a phone call on a Monday and they told me they would deliver it Tuesday. Well after waiting all day, they never showed up. When i called the company they told me it was scheduled for Thursday. I did receive it on the Thursday, just keep in mind that the package was sent by ABF, then passed on to Land Air Express. It arrived in fine shape, a giant box inside another box. Everything is well wrapped and there was no damage. Something to keep in mind, there is definitely A LOT of cardboard to cleanup, and i filled a giant garbage back with all the plastic and wrap as well.     • shoddy workmanship and horrible customer service
Couch arrived late and broken, not from shipping but from cheap and shoddy workmanship from the factory. The left arm rest wasn't attached to the seat due to a single screw that holds the entire end of the couch together missing its mark which is a small block of wood glued to the side of the seat. The screw just caught the edge of the block and split the block. The platform with the cup holders in the center fold down had the exact same issue and fell out I opened or closed it. Also had a small tear down between the seat cushions. The worst part of the whole thing was the customer service or the lack of, Between getting no response to my emails and voicemails and " accidentally" being disconnected it took 2+ months to get a small discount for the damage. Worst customer service I've ever experienced in all my years I would never buy anything from this sell again!!! ... show more

5 Stars for the price. Was hard to find many reviews for this couch, but took a chance. Because of price point I was a bit skeptical about what we would receive and my wife was extremely skeptical. Showed up without damage (always a concern) and back pieces went on easily. It is bigger than most of the couches in our price range, which was a big draw for us (I'm 6'-5"). I wish it was slightly larger, but I'm still pretty dang comfortable on it. My wife LOVES it. Had it about a week now and haven't found a "gotcha" ... show more

    • Amazing couch, horrible shipping and handling.
Good part: Couch is amazing!!! Best couch ever, soft, comfortable, great recline for legs then also goes down further to almost laying down. Middle folds down to expose cup holders. It was incredibly easy to assemble, it is sturdy but not too heavy. Bad part: Shipping was crap. The box when it arrived looked like my couch had been mugged. It's had so many holes in it, it looked like a giant New York rat chewed holes all over the box. Part of my couch was exposed, and the delivery guys gave me a 4 hour window when they scheduled, but gave me a 5 minute notice when they were headed to my house (I was at work). ... show more

    • GET THE WARRANTY
Well I already had to cash in on my warranty after 1 month because the middle cushion mashed in somehow and can't even support a toddler's weight, much less my own (220lbs). The silver on the cup holsters is already starting to come off as well. The couch is a little stiff when it arrives but it gets more comfortable once you get it worked in and the cushions soften up, so don't worry about the stiffness when it arrives. The recliner leg section isn't really meant for tall people, I'm 6'5" and my feet hang off from my mid shin. Beautiful couch, just wish it was a bit higher quality build with the price tag it has. Probably should've just went with a $300-$500 faux leather couch at big lots ... show more

After an hour to get the damp sofa to my 3rd floor i put it together and when I sit on it the left corner was broken from inside.i rather fix it myself that go through that thing again😡😡😡
