Bring light show yesterday's technology because they tend to show rings in people's glasses and also reflect off of the eyes. So most people are using flat screens like this one or some other kind of lighting system. For the price, this was perfect for me and got rid of the glare in my glasses when speaking with clients. Set up took about three minutes and I'm not even good at assembly. I am happy that I bought this product. A sensible alternative to ring lights.I am not using the camera holder so I cannot speak to that. I'm just using a lighting system. It seems to be very sturdy.

The light itself was very nice but I only had it on for a few hours during a makeup service and it’s stopped working. I thought maybe it overheated but even after letting it sit for a little unplugged it wouldn’t turn back on at all. Would not buy again

This light disburses very evenly however you would need two in order to minimize glasses glare. I’m 5’5 and it was high enough to point down so the light was more over me than in my face. It does get pretty bright though! If I didn’t have glasses it’s easily be a five star! High quality ✅ Stable ✅ Bright ✅ Strong phone holder ✅

I bought this LED lamp with tripod to improve the lighting in my photos and videos, and it has been an excellent addition to my workspace. Since I started using it, I have noticed a big difference in the quality of light, especially when recording content or making video calls. The light is uniform and soft, which helps to avoid hard shadows on the face. In addition, the different levels of intensity allow you to adjust it as needed, whether to record, take photos or simply have better lighting on the desk. The tripod is stable and can be easily adjusted in height, which allows you to place the light in the ideal position. It is also light, so moving it from one place to another is not complicated. The assembly was simple and did not take long. In general, it feels like a practical and functional product for those who create content or need good lighting at home. As a point to consider, it takes up some space when it is completely extended, but it is normal for this type of lamps. In general, it is a very good option if you are looking to improve your lighting without complications and with good results.
