The media could not be loaded. Overall the lights are pretty cool. The sticky stuff on the back is one of those plan before you stick types. Not in the way that it won’t re apply if you peel it off, you just won’t have any paint left there anymore. It’s as strong as the gorilla glue that girl used as hairspray. The music option has disco mode witch isn’t epileptic friendly so definitely warn ya buddies about that before spicing up your night. Don’t turn them on when you’re hanging them up, these bad boys are so bright NASA can see the fluorescent glow protruding from my windows from space. Don’t worry, you can adjust that. I just like my neighbors knowing I’m a fun person. I gave the brightness one star because unfortunately one of the three strips I received is a little out of whack. It’s okay it’s 2021 and I accept all, plus I don’t feel like repainting that half of my room anytime soon. The remote works well and has basic functions on it and I’m pretty sure it’s white? Honestly I have no idea, I lost that bugger the second it slid out of that dainty little plastic bag they had it packaged in. It’s about the same thickness as an ego waffle ... show more

I purchased the Battery-Powered LED Strip Lights 13.2, which includes two packs of 6.56ft each with their own battery kits, a three-button quick control that is built into the connector and is very simple to operate. I loved the product, and it exactly complied with the description. It is a high-quality product, and the strip adhesive backing worked exceptionally well. The option to adjust the light's color, brightness, and timing is incredibly nice. The item arrived on time, exceeded my expectations, and is absolutely worth the money.     • Great lighting but needs better instructions
My son wanted a nice gaming set up and this was like the icing on the cake. We used this kit to light up a "L" shaped desk with a hutch. It is more then enough to cover under the base or bottom, inside the hutch and create a glow around the whole backside of the desk from top to bottom. Yes, we used almost all 3 reels of lights! My only complaint is trying to get it all connected together. First, there are not enough connectors and I did order some extra ones in different patterns and shapes. The big problem is when you are using these multi colored lights, all four contact points are critical to this working properly. On a set up like what we did, we used a lot of these connectors and there is a learning curve to getting the set up to work. Piece of advice, do this before you peel the adhesive tape and stick them down! Set the color to white when you start, get the first strip set up and make sure it works flawlessly throughout the color spectrum. Then get your next strip ready and make the connection (like a "L") or connections (like a "T or X"). Test the strips and make sure the white works first and then check other colors as well. You will find sometimes you will not be able to get white when you first connect the strips. You might see blue, green or another color. This means that one or more of the contacts in the connector is not making good contact. Press on the connector one side at a time until you find the problem (technically there are four sides to a right angle connector and six sides to a "T" connector). I ended up using a small pick to bend the contacts so that when the cover closes it would make a solid contact. This was the most annoying thing at the beginning. I didn't know and went ahead and made my strips, connected them and stuck them down. Only to find myself going back and opening each of the connectors because half of the lights didn't work or they were a different color. Working on these when they have already been adhered is a pain, especially if you're upside down or in a tight space. I hope this helps someone else get through this stage faster then me. Figuring this out turned this into a multi day project. Something that could have been done in one day easily. Don't let this discourage you, these are great and now that everything is done, they have been working flawlessly! Highly recommend! ... show more

*Update* I changed my review for this product to 5 stars because of the excellent customer service that ehomful provides. The same day that I posted about the problems I was having, ehomful sent me a replacement product at no charge and without returning the original purchase. Every company should operate like this, it's amazing. The product itself is pretty high quality, and if something does go wrong, they make the effort to make it right and I appreciate that. On another note, when installing the strips, I've found that you can run one continuous strip rather than 3 separate strips. Just find the gold contact pieces placed throughout the strip, cut on the black line right in the middle, make sure that the color labels are facing the same direction, and connect together with one of the 3m clips provided. Very easy to do, and works great. Thank you to ehomful, and I'll keep the original review under this for added context. If you're looking for good led strip lights from a good company, look no further. The lights were easy to set up. They look pretty good too. After about a month or so the lights began to do some strange things though, as seen in the pictures. I noticed after I turned them off one night, certain spots were still dimly lit. After a few days of this, those portions now light up differently than the rest of the strip. Which is weird. Also, another thing that I dislike is that there is some interference with my roku remote. Buttons pressed on the roku remote will change the colors on the lights. Not sure about other remotes. Like I said, good lights, but definitely some quirks. ... show more
