The media could not be loaded. I bought these lights to use primarily as a back light for my computer camera. They didn't work very well for that, but I still love them. I didn't separate them or remove the sticky from the back of the strips, in case I want to move them some day. They came with connectors and they look pretty easy to separate, I didn't use them, so I'm not sure if they work. The end of the strip has a plug in so you can connect another strand if you wanted.     • Remote not matching up correctly to the right colors. Also light strip keeps falling down
The remote the colors on the buttons aren't matching up with the lights like press green red turns on press blue green turns on etc 3 rows of colors on the remote are not matching up. But the quality is great the brightness is on point. I really like it but my son is kinda frustrated that he can't just click and change it to the color he wants. He had to click on a different color but track it down to get to the colors he wants. I bought 2 as gifts for my sons we've only tried this one so far. Also the 3m tape strip that holds on the the units little remote box thing the tape is so strong and I cut it in half and just used half of it just in case we needed to move it and we tried to take it off the wall today when we realized the colors weren't working right on the remote and it ripped the paint off the wall so be careful we have a semigloss paint and it's a newer house. So I put it back up to hide that ripped part of the wall. We were going to return it but if I do there's gunna be that spot on the wall so idk what to do now. Lol. Over night after installing it the light strip portion fell off. We can't get it to stay up on the wall the remote unit part is stuck on well but the light strip part is a never ending battle every night it falls down then we have to stick it back up. ... show more

Title:  Exactly as described!! Content: I originally purchased a more expensive LED light strip with remote control. However it was returned because the lights did not reliably respond to the remote control and the electronics got extremely hot to the touch. I purchased MESUN strip as everything was included and the price was relatively inexpensive. Everything worked great! I'd recommend these led lights to anyone wanting to brighten up their space. they are super easy to set up, very bright, and include many options on lighting. When this product came, I was very excited. The instructions were clear on how to connect them, however, a little guidance from YouTube didn’t hurt :). The adhesion is astonishing too, I’m a perfectionist and the adhesion allowed me to replace my lights in a straight line, multiple times! Note: when connecting the adapters, make sure you aren’t hiding the one with a little black bubble. That’s a sensor for your remote and will not work if it’s hidden. ... show more

The original order only came with one roll (16’ of lighting instead of 32). Notified seller who had the other 16’ at our home by the following day. Incredible customer service. Wouldn’t hesitate to do business with this seller. Lights work great!
