After installing properly and working once, the lights no longer turn on. My daughter drilled holes in her favorite skateboard only to have the lights not work after initial use. Beware. I am no longer able to return and do not see where I can exchange.

Look good on board when not moving but go for a ride and it all changes battery box rattles not to mention when I opened it to try to fix rattle and took out 1 battery the connection spring sprung right out on the ground and also while riding they turn off don't know why but it could be due to batterys rattling around like popcorn in there and remote works well if you are 3 feet away and pointed directly at battery box so if your riding and want to turn them on or off or change the color you have to stop or kneel down enough to put your hand under your deck plus the tube that these lights are incase in is hard to make look good on your board with screws and plastic holders ... show more

First off it requires you to screw holes into your skateboard which is not ideal I thought it was going to be adhesive also it's not nearly long enough to go around the board or even 2/3 around the board unlike the picture of the product what show is it going around all sides so that was a bummer but the light is pretty bright the settings on it are cool I guess the actual brightness of it doesn't really change all that much with how many settings are are and also the battery lifespan isn't too great it takes a lot of energy to run the lights apparently and it goes on double a batteries so again it's pretty costly which again is not ideal batteries aren't cheap ... show more
