Great concept, makes for a beautiful piece of art provided that the lower half, where the wires hang down, remains concealed. Each light has adhesive backing and its own connection to the transformer, so you’re not obligated to use every single light. Unfortunately though, there’s no dimmer or on/off switch, so you have to unplug it from the outlet in order to turn it back on or off, unless you connect it to a smart plug. ... show more

This product is very flexible in where and how you want to mount it. The description is for a slat wall but realistically, these could be used pretty much anywhere. I actually installed these on the underside of my basement bar. With the adhesive strips, they installed easily, I'll just need to see how they stick over time. What impressed me most is this is a complete, high-quality set. There is room to expand the system with the controller/power supply they give you. Every connection is keyed so it can't be inserted incorrectly. It also comes with a handy pushbutton for turning them on and off - it also plugs into the controller. I had to undo it installation and rework a few things because I ran out of cord between lights. If I planned a bit better, installation would have been a breeze. They look really nice, it elevates a slat wall nicely and provides brightness as well as a modern look. Just make sure you measure well and it’ll be a quick way to upgrade your space! ... show more

Overall, I like these lights, though there are a couple of things I wish I’d known before buying. They’re super easy to stick up with the self-adhesive backing, and the warm 3000K glow is really cozy.
