I've only been using this grow light for a couple of months, but it has really helped my seedlings take off! Some reviews say it doesn't last more than 2 years, but if I get that out of it, I'll be happy. It's easy to program and goes on and off automatically. EDIT: I took the usb out of the adapter and plugged it into a usb plug on a wall outlet and it worked fine for a day or two, now it keeps going off. This is so frustrating since I can't move my plants outside for at least 45 days. I wish the seller would contact me. I can't find any way to contact them. I bought this 6 months ago and started using it when I brought my plants in for the winter, which was a month or 2 later. The lights have been a godsend and my plants have done well under them. However, a few days ago they stopped working. I tried to manually turn them on and just for an instant they did come on, but immediately turned off again. I tried several times, same thing happened. Changed the outlet it was plugged into, same. I don't know what else to do. Does this plug have a fuse I can change? I would give it 5 stars if this hadn't happened. ... show more

I bring in a few plants for the winter and decided to try this adjustable grow light system to compensate for the lack of daylight. Everything worked great, plants were flourishing and I was happy. That started back in September. Now in early January, when I need it the most, the unit stops working. No timer, no adjustable intensity, no selection of number of lights, nothing other than to turn it on. Then it randomly turns itself off again. Wonderful. So while this is a great unit, I think there is some longevity issues that need to be addressed. Right now, I need another grow light system and I don’t know if I will purchase the same one as I think four months is not enough time before something fails. ... show more

We've been using this LED grow light for about 2 years because we often do successive seedlings indoor. This afternoon, the timer flickered, and the light finally went out. We tried different wall plugs and still had similar issue. Finally, we took the USB's AC/DC adapter off and plug the USB-A directly onto our USB socket on our surge protector. Everything got back to work fine again. We just tossed the AC/DC adaptor that came with the unit into the trash. All is well! (Keep in mind that the AC/DC adapter has a fuse in it. Over time, the fuse could just break, which is far better than catching on fire.) ... show more

I purchased this product 5 months ago to the day. 2 days ago the timer stopped working. Now I have to unplug and replug for the lights to come on. Today the lights don't come on at all. I can not find email address for seller/ All though there is a 1 year warranty,I cant find any information how to contact them. I DO NOT recommend this product. When the lights worked the lights were very bright, and my plants seemed to like the light. UPDATE to previous post. Wtintell replaced this product with no questions ask. Worked okay for 10 months. I moved and it worked okay for 2 months after that then died. This is the 4th grow light I have bought in 3 years. All different brands. I hate they don't last long although this one lasted the longest. Only giving it 2 stars because it was super top heavy and hard to get balanced where I needed the lights placed. Don't try to put all the lights to one side it makes it unstable. ... show more
