Light blew and began smoking a few minutes after being plugged in. Have bigger lights that didn’t create this issue. I’ve returned it. Update 12/15: company reached out, it appears it may have been damaged during transit. Although I wasn’t able to get a replacement I was offered a refund. Hopefully I can try and order again. Update 1/29: customer service TOP TIER they sent a replacement light! The light has gone through the cycle a good two weeks and no issues! I appreciate the fact that they went what I feel is above and beyond letting me know the issue that caused the problem then offering a replacement. I was able to try again without worrying about any sparks or smoke problems. The packaging for this light was boxed differently in a good way everything had its place! Definitely glad I got the chance to try again and it’s working so well! I will look to try more from them in the future! Try em, loving it and again awesome customer service.

Lights came assembled which is nice but they literally just put them in a box. No Styrofoam or any other packing materials to keep the lights safe. Half of the lights are broken

First day using it. Looks like I have a returned item. Was not packaged from factory. They even forget an extra ethernet wire. Things weren't in bags and the tie wrap wasnt tied all the way so I can tell the box was open to a 100% degree. Lights work as advertised very powerful light. Ppfd is correct. So as of now there are no issues....besides the fact its super hot. One of the 4 bars is extra hot and the light is only at 50%. So i cant imagine what itd do if I turned it up to 75 or 90%... so there are concerns i guess good thing its only gona run 12 hrs a day at around 60%. Let's see how it goes.. its Day 1. Compared to the spider farmer analog id say its cheaper but quality isnt the same. The spider farmer analog i have is alot cooler n made with more quality. But being that i needed one that is half a foot larger on both sides i went with this one. Lets see how it goes hope it wont burn anything bcuz I am concerned about the hot light bars
