I love this primer. It’s reasonably priced, has good ingredients and helps my makeup stay in place longer. Initially when you apply it, there is a little “stick” to it. Not in a bad way. I prefer to apply it and then let it set for 3-4 minutes before putting on my makeup.

I have used ELF beauty products religiously since I was in middle school. I feel in love with their original primer and opted to choose this one since I have been integrating Niacinamide into my skin routine to prevent breakouts.
