This is a beautiful light, but the instructions are pretty useless. Couple of tips that they don't include. 1) The caps screw into each light piece on the empty slot AND over the wire with the short screw side. The longer screw side goes into the housing and gets tightened down with the washer and nut. There are 12 for the six smaller light parts and 6 for the 3 bigger ones. 2) Do the 6 blades on the outside 1st, then the 3 larger ones. Position the larger ones where you want and don't overtighten or it overlaps. We did the grounding wire on the 3rd smaller blade. 3)Someonee will need to help you hold this up while you attach to the ceiling. It is awkward, and a hanger won't fit in the housing to hold it in place. I love the featutes and it is a perfect size for our space, but the instructions could really use some improvements. ... show more
