We get alot of compliments on this! Was decently easy to install ourselves. Debated between vinyl and cloth awning but ultimately decided on this one and love it. The only con is we’ve had it a month and the white stripes are turning yellow. Hoping a good scrub will get rid of it.

This shade was a perfect fit. It also was a very easy install. My only negative was there was no instructions at all in package. So the average person may not know how to change out their awning.

Having never replaced awning fabric, I had some hesitation. After watching several YouTube vids, I found one by AZ Expert of 2 techs in Mesa replacing one. It literally took them less than 20 minutes to take off the old & have the new one on, adjusted & working. We watched each step, then did that step, then moved on.
