Looks good. Fits nicely where I needed it. It’s small. Would be perfect in a small apartment or dorm room. Color true to photos on the site. I was concerned while putting it together that folding the bed in and out might not work, but once everything was tightened, it works perfectly. Note: there are two boxes. I received the first one with tracking number and delivered on time, but the second box (no fault of the seller) seemed to have gotten lost for a week. The seller and Amazon were quick to respond and helpful to get shipping information. Just when I was ready to give up, it arrived. So be sure to communicate with the seller if you don’t get the second box within a week. I don’t know what Fed Ex was doing with it all that time. It just sat in a warehouse (according to the tracking information). But the box was pretty banged up when I got it. Luckily, there was no damage to the sofa or parts. The storage area is perfect for sheets and extra air mattress and even a couple games. It’s not super plush. The cushions could use a bit more padding, but it works as a spare room /sleeper when company comes. I will likely buy a topper for added sleeping comfort. I also probably wouldn’t let kiddos jump around on it! One problem: The USB ports - the USB C isn’t working at all, and I ended up unplugging it because it was getting very warm to the touch. I will be in touch with the seller to see if they can replace it. I will update when resolved. UPDATE: Seller was wonderful and helped troubleshoot the issue. All is working well. It turned out to be a cable problem. Tip: take the back and side cushions out of covering and put them in the dryer (no heat) for 20 min to get them fluffed up after shipping. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I received this couch and put it assembled it the same day. Assembly was not very straightforward and took more time and effort than expected. Unfortunately, the real issue happened as soon as I sat down for the first time. two of the wooden supports broke. I weigh about 220 lbs, which isn’t very heavy. so this absolutely should not have happened with normal use. For a couch that costs around $380 total, I expected much better quality and durability. The materials feel cheap, and the frame clearly isn’t sturdy. On top of that, it’s not very comfortable. Overall, this couch is not worth the money. I would not recommend it. Save yourself the frustration and invest in something better. ... show more

It's a nice couch for the price, however the chase has already started to split at the middle seem. It's just my husband and I so we have not been able to try the pull out bed yet. It was very easy to put together based on the instructions, so easy I did it myself without much help from my husband while he was at work. ... show more

This is the perfect little couch for what I wanted it for. It is comfy and attractive. The only problem I have with it is they need to put better directions and lose the screws just make it so the pieces slide into slots because I have to keep resetting the chaise because the screws pop out of the slot that holds it together. ... show more

The sofa bed is functional, but unfortunately the product I received does not match the appearance shown in the listing photos. The cushions have significantly less volume than expected and arrive looking quite deflated compared to the images. In addition, several sections of the sofa are noticeably thinner than what the product pictures suggest. Because of this, the overall look of the sofa feels less structured and less padded than advertised. The main issue is that the proportions and cushion thickness shown in the listing do not reflect the actual product. If the sofa looked like the photos, it would be a much better item.
