Firm as a punching bag, great for office or waiting room where being too comfortable is not ideal, unique and simple to put together, However I am not happy, I don't understand how the wrong sofa color can be sent out, clearly they have issues in this department, I don't have a truck so returning it is not so simple and being the wrong color is much bigger and frustrating than words can express. And it's not compatible to change left or right so that's another screw on their part ... show more

The couch is nice. You get what you paid for, however, my only problem is that I received the wrong color. I was excited for the couch since it arrived a whole 2 days earlier, so I had to quickly get some help to get rid of the old couch and then bring in the new one, it was all last minute rushed so I was pretty disappointed when I opened it and it was grey. I decided to just keep it as it is, but did want to request a partial refund for the inconvenience (I have kids so a black couch would have been better for stains/markers etc) and would have overall been happy if it was as much as $20. I thought it was fine since customer service didn't deny it, but then the r 3rdd person i talked to said i had to send it back to get a full refund even though I hadn't requested a full refund, and to make it short it ended up being a communication mess and a big circle. It was a whole waste of time that coyle have been prevented if the first agent had simply said they couldn't do any partial refunds, that it's either full or none. Also, the sellers customer service link doesn't work so it's all through Amazon. Anyway, super easy to assemble. Think of it as a Lego couch. ... show more

I love this couch! It's firm it's sturdy and easy to put together & it's not too big or too small it fits just perfectly in my living room I put four stars for two reasons; the first reason being is because it came with a little tear, You can't really notice it unless you are up close in person, But I'm still going to keep the couch. The other reason is because based on the photos I saw online before I purchase it I assume that the chaise was going to be on the left instead of the right But I can just rearrange. Also the ottoman is huge! Very nice ... show more

I ordered black and they sent gray. It's smaller than I anticipated. It is not very comfortable, maybe it needs to be broken in? I kind of miss my old couch already. I packed it up for return. This is a couch meant for a waiting room. It's very small and uncomfortable. I couldn't imagine keeping it.
