I ordered this in Black, size XXL. I appreciate that it is clear that this is actually faux leather and that it did not have a lingering smell. Please be aware this is a wardrobe item, not protective gear for riding. The jacket material looked pretty good directly out of the package, and didn't scream "plastic", though the size runs a bit small in the XXL and the fabric does not have any give to it like some faux leather items. The zipper was better than I expected and I hope will be durable and last a long time, but given the slimmer fit, the jacket will probably be worn open most of the time. It's going to be worn in a production of The Outsiders, so I will update if there are issues afterward. ... show more

This is a very nice looking yet light jacket. The fit was a little loose at the bottom for my taste but still good.The Faux Leather is quite good in apearance and the material has held up very well. my biggest issue is the zipper, though not bad quality, is on the wrong side. The zipper is on the same side as a ladies jacket and though it is not a huge issue, it is still odd and takes some getting use to when zipping it up. ... show more

We initially looked at this jacket because our 14 year old grandson (who is in that growth spurt stage) wanted a leather jacket for Christmas, more than anything else. Though we would be happy to buy a real leather jacket, there is absolutely no chance he is wearing the same size clothes next fall. We found this while looking for what might be both nice looking, and still not be $200+ for one season of use. When we ordered it, my wife was skeptical that it would actually look like real leather when it arrived. Much to our surprise, it actually looks much nicer in person. I have a (brand name) expensive leather bomber jacket, and except that it is more heavyweight, this feels, and looks like very much like the same material. The jacket is not at all readily recognizable as faux leather. We were pleased with everything about this jacket (fabric texture/softness, construction, zipper operation, appearance/style, and value). Our Grandson was thrilled! It was the perfect solution for something nice looking that would be outgrown long before it ever showed any wear. The only 'negative' I would share is that it is in no way a heavy enough material to serve as protection as motorcycle personal protective equipment. It is relatively lightweight, and appropriate for spring/fall moderate temperatures. Very happy with the purchase, and would recommend to anyone. ... show more
