My 15 month old son loves this. His 2 1/2 year old sister does as well! They are a perfect size for his little hands but not too small. He loves pulling them apart and putting them back together. Also great to help with learning colors.

Bought these for my 18 month old, which seems to be the gap-age between simple, boring toys and complex, potentially frustrating toys. He thoroughly enjoyed playing with these for a few weeks, which is a lifetime at that age and the most I could ask for out of a purchase. It took a bit for him to figure out how to connect the two pieces together but once he got that down he would sit with them for 20+ minutes just disassembling and reassembling them. We were also able to use them to start identifying colors. He doesn't play with them as much 2-3 months later but they definitely got their use. Definitely keeping these in storage for the next kid in the family.

These cute dinosaurs (or "dinaroars" as my 2-year-old calls them) are great for matching games as well as just to play with as little critters--they often go for a ride in my son's train. I wish the two halves fitted up to each other more snugly so the tail wouldn't flip upside down when they're being played with as just dinosaurs, but they are easy enough for a toddler to pry apart and put together, which is really more important for this toy. They seem plenty sturdy, and are really great for use in core strengthening games. Put heads on one side, tails on the other side, sit toddler in the middle on a little box or upended bucket, and have him pick up a tail on one side, then come up and pick up a head on the other side, come up to put them together, then down in the middle to drop it back in the bucket. Works great!

These dinosaurs are a very good addition to your toy collection!!! All ages love them!!! My youngest daycare ids who play with them are 1. And the oldest kids who enjoy them are 4!!! They love to mix and match them, they love to hide them and find them, they like to make them all be the right color again, they like to make them fight like they think dinosaurs do, it's a really good product, and it's good for the little ones to try to take them apart and put them together!

My 2 year old LOVES these. Just fyi The "pattern matching" is trumped by the fact that they're all different colors so it's more like color matching. I honestly don't think he's even noticed the patterns on the dino backs. He loves to mix and match them and they're sturdy little toys that stand up to a particularly rough toddler :) i recommend them if you want an awesome toy for your dino loving child but not if you want him/her to develop pattern matching skills.

I bought these for my son for Christmas and my husband didn't know so he opened the box and gave them to out son. He had a lot of fun with them. I haven't worked on taking them apart or matching yet, but he enjoys holding them and just playing with them in general. They are smooth, hold together well and seem like they're going to be durable

Our granddaughter started playing with them immediately and was determined to match the colors of the front and back ends of her dinos. It's too soon to say how long she'll be engaged with these, but she was able to take them apart and put them together, and she's into dinosaurs right now.
