I was trying to replace an old Oxo and Williams Sonoma spatula, but this wasn't what I hoped for. It's the type of silicone spatula that's very firm and thicker on the edge. My favorite spatulas are think and very flexible.... they easily slide under cooking eggs or fish or anything else that's delicate. This one was just too hard and thick for that. I'll keep it, but doubt I'll use it much except to scrape off what's stuck to a pan. ... show more

Great silicone spatula from a top quality company, I love it. Very well made, sturdy, perfect size - it will clearly last me for many years. I went ahead and put a coat of food-safe wood finish on the handle to help it last even longer.

I use this when baking. It’s a good sturdy size and large scraping end to get every last drop of batter. The handle is a good size that feels solid in my hand and easy to grasp. Overall, Le Creuset is my favorite top quality items for cookware!
