  • Last lighter I'll ever buy!!!
Color: Orange With Battery Indicator
This lighter has an IP rating of 56. You can easily look up the meaning on Google. The 5 means it is resistant to dust. The 6 means it can withstand powerful jets of water. As for immersion in water, I am not really sure. I assume it could handle at least a foot or two but I'm not willing to test that theory. It is my opinion that this lighter is superior to all other lighters out there. Why, because I will never have to spend money and buy another one or get more fuel for a refillable lighter. I remember when I would buy a lighter and it would last forever. You know the ones. They are at every corner variety store by or behind the register. You either lost it or someone took it from you before it rain out. You could pick one up off the street and 9 times out of 10 it was still working. Not any more. The share holders and the companies want more money. Now they put less fuel in them to make sure your a frequent repeat customer. As for the refillable butane lighters. I could never seen to do it right. I followed the directions but the pressure never seemed to get as high as when I first bought it. Last I would like to talk about the lighters that use the liquid lighter fluid which I have had plenty of over the years. I borrowed a friend's to light my cigarette one time and immediately had this awful taste in my mouth for about 30 minutes after. He ran out of lighter fluid and used colon instead but that is another story. They always had that smell of the fluid and I once got a chemical burn on my leg from one. Either I over filled it or it was upside down in my pocket, not really sure. My point here is that if your looking for the best lighter money can buy, this is it!!! If you have a power bank with a solor panel on it you will never spend another penny on lighters again. Just plug it in and recharge it. The lighter I got has four lights on it that show the battery level in 25% increments so I will know when it is time to charge. When the blue lights go out the lighter is fully charged. It took me 1hr and 10min to fully charge with the battery drawing a 1w charge. Not long at all unless your a chain smoker. It does not last as long as those other lighters but what does it matter. I am a pack a day smoker and the charge last me a day and a half. It really depends on how often your using it and whether your using the arc or light funtion as to how long the battery charge will last. If you need to use it while it is charging, just unplug it to light your smoke and plug it back in. This will not harm the battery. I run the battery down until the blue lights are all out. The lights on the body are still working. Anyway all rechargeable batteries have a memory which can shorten how long the battery holds a charge. This happens when you repeatedly do not run the battery completely out before charging or taking it off charge before it is done. This lighter I got also has a light on it with three modes. Ever use your lighter as a light source? Well this lighter with a light has that little flickering flame beat 100 times over. With High and low settings your sure to find what your looking for. The strobe function works well too. The lighter seems to be built well enough to withstand drops. I will use this lighter everyday to light my cigarettes. It comes with a lanyard that has a quick disconnect on it. You can hang it around your neck or secure it to your backpack. The lanyard also has a simple whistle you blow into for emergencies. They have another lighter that has a digital display that I'm thinking of getting. It will go in my fire starting kit for when I go camping. You will not be disappointed if you get this lighter provided you choose wisely from the selection they have. The lighters come in a few shapes and sizes so I am "ASSUMING" this also effects the size of the battery that is in them as well. Oh, and you can turn this lighter upside down to light your pipe or something and not worry about burning your finger. I prefer the lighters that have the prongs on top instead of the side. They are easier to use and work better. The lighters with four prongs work best. The only drawback I see with this kind of lighter is lighting something that is damp or wet. In ending, if your thinking of getting a multi functional lighter look no further. This is it!!! ... show more

  • A Nifty Fire Starter for Outdoor Adventures
Color: Black With Battery Indicator
I recently got the LcFun USB C Rechargeable Lighter from Amazon to add to my camping gear, and it’s been a surprisingly versatile tool. As someone who enjoys hiking and occasional backyard BBQs, I wanted a reliable, weatherproof lighter that’s easy to carry, and this one has been a solid performer. This dual-arc plasma lighter is compact, about the size of a AA flashlight, and comes with a 300mAh lithium battery that charges via USB-C in under 2 hours. The IP56 waterproof rating is legit—I tested it in a drizzle, and it still sparked flawlessly, as many Amazon reviews confirm. The flameless arc lights kindling, candles, and even cigars easily, even in windy conditions, with no need for butane. The LED battery display is a nice touch, showing four lights when fully charged, and the three-mode COB flashlight (high, low, strobe) is bright enough to light a trail, which I’ve used on late-night campsite walks. The included paracord lanyard with an emergency whistle is handy for survival kits, and I’ve clipped it to my backpack for easy access. It’s marketed for camping, hiking, and tactical gear, and I’ve found it great for starting campfires and lighting my grill. The build feels sturdy, with a zinc alloy and ceramic construction, though some Amazon reviews noted the plastic versions feel less durable, so I’d stick with the metal-cased model. The safety features, like a 7-second auto shut-off and a locking clasp, prevent accidental arcs, which is reassuring. At around $14-17, it’s a steal for the features, especially compared to traditional lighters, and the rechargeability makes it eco-friendly. Users on X and Amazon love its windproof design and portability, with one calling it a “must-have for camping.” Downsides? The battery life is mixed—EBL claims 40+ ignitions per charge, but heavy use (like lighting multiple fires) drains it faster, and some reviews report it lasting only a day or two without recharging. The arc requires you to hold items close to light them, which can be tricky for thicker materials, as one user noted. The whistle on the lanyard is basic and not very loud, so don’t rely on it for serious emergencies. Also, it’s not ideal for metal objects due to the electric arc, as warned in the manual. ... show more

  • Father's Day Gift...Now every one wants it!
Color: Black Pro
Me and my hubby are both gadget people. So, I am always on the lookout. Ran across this lighter and just had to have it. Gave it to my hubby as part of his fathers day gift. It was a hit. My hubby doesn't smoke or anything. But you should have seen him whipping this lighter out trying to create an excuse to test it. It was absolutely hilarious. Now all of his friends want one. So, now I have to start putting this lighter in an gift order rotation. So let that be a lesson to future buyers. You may need to come back and buy more lighters for friends and family. • Battery Life: Good so far. We have not had to charge this yet and we have had it for about 2 weeks. We have played with it off and on. We are using it every day. • Quality: I like the case. It feels durable. No complaints. • Ease of Use: Straightforward. Just touch what you want to light. ... show more

  • Buy but be aware
Color: Green Camouflage (Without Whistle)
Love the lighter that it’s instant easy to use decent size for regular use for candle, and other types of uses. Battery life is great color is great, built quality is bad, heat goes through the plastic, and there isn’t a heat protection to cool down the heat even if it’s electric.
