The price was great also and I love the tripod and light adjustments this light gives you. It's very lightweight. One thing I found out is to give the plants light during the day, not at night, even though they may be getting daylight in the winter, this growlight will give them the boost they need. Plants need a break from light during the night-time just like people. Too much light can actually harm your plant. I set this light at 80% starting off the first week and then at 100% there on on the 12 hour timer, this grow light is like a plant nanny and literally takes care of my plants for me. The timer works flawlessly. I recommend starting your timer from 8 a.m. till 8 p.m., that's about the amount of light they would get in the summer time, which has been perfect for my plants so far, they are loving this light and the investment was well worth it!! It has the full spectrum light they need and are already showing amazing improvement. Trust me, if you give them the light during the day and let them rest during the night they will show you love back by doing what you want them to do by growing!!

This grow light stand is incredibly powerful, easy to set up and bright—exactly what I needed to help my plants thrive. The adjustable size makes it easy to position over different plants, whether they’re tall or short, and it really accelerates their growth. As well as very sturdy and hold good heat needed for plants. The only downside is that it doesn’t have a built-in timer, which would have been a nice convenience. However, the pros far outweigh this one con, as it’s perfect for quickly growing healthy, vibrant plants. Overall, I’m very satisfied with this purchase!

My plants love it! I expected it to take a little while for me to see some results, but after setting it up and going to work I came back to many of my seedlings starting to grow true leaves and many of my extra seeds germinating. It doesn't feel super stable, when setting it up it does feel like it wants to tip over. But, it's been keeping its position for a few days with no problems, so that's a non-issue. I've bought several grow lights and these are the only ones I would actually recommend. If you're not sure which grow light to buy, save yourself the time and just buy these. Your plants will thank you!

This light is perfect for my plant that doesn’t get enough sunlight. It doesn’t really affect the electric bill either. I like how it’s got its own adjustable stand so that I can raise it up as my plant grows upward. This light comes with easy to read instructions. It also has a timer so that I am not burning my plant up from to much sun. It does produce heat but not a HUGE amount of heat where you are having to turn it off due to heat. As far as performance this lamp does everything you could ever want a grow lamp to do! Glad I purchased

Overall, this product gets a three star for the simple fact it's inexpensive. I like the fact that this light has flexible arms unfortunately, the arms are only a 8 inches long. This leads to the whole light (when assembled) being very top heavy wanting to tip over. It also leads to limited coverage area since one light can't move too far from the another light (this is the multi-light unit). Even with the tripod fully extended, the light is tipping. The attachment mechanism where the lights attach to the tripod are awkward and made with super flimsy metal brackets. The number of LED lights on each head should be putting out more lumens based on the rather large size and bulk of each light. LED technology currently available is far beyond what this unit is providing. It kind of reminds me of a home LED system from the late 90s. It's possible to use smaller LEDs while fitting more of them on each light. If you are looking for cheap, this is your product. If you're looking for quality and sufficient light generated for plant growth...you may want to keep looking.

The timer works Great! I don't understand why people complain about it. I use the "12 hour on and off." Just click the timer button slowly 3 times and you see the Blinking Light move 3 times to "12 hour Mark". Done. But I admit that It could have used better written instructions. Very happy with the double head positioning. One of my plants are huge . It benefits from the second light in a low position ,getting the plant's bottom half.
