I would highly recommend this blanket to anyone. I washed it in my washing machine and it held up really well, I also dried it on low heat and it handled it really well. I love this blanket! It is so soft and pretty. I did wash it and it came out great. I washed it on hand wash cycle cold and air dry cycle. I totally think you could use it for a winter blanket and maybe a light blanket underneath or on top.

This is my 3rd time buying one of these ( in all diff colors ) and they are the softest most comfy blanket I have ever owned. Both sides are soft and after using it daily for almost a year, the one side isn't as soft anymore but it still is wonderful. I will keep buying these forever.
