Recently I've been on a journey of trying to find the perfect pillow. I've tried multiple cervical, memory foam, etc pillows. Although this one is still not *the* perfect pillow, it's probably my favorite of them so far. This pillow arrived kind of vacuum sealed (one of the ends was opened) in a nice box. Once I took it out, it started to puff up, but it was still pretty flat. I read the included note that said to run in in the dryer for about 5 minutes once per month to fluff it up, so I did that before using it the first time. When it came out of the dyer, it was about three times bigger (I worried it would be too big). There are two covers on the pillow - the outside one, and the inside one that holds the shredded foam. I took off the outside cover, washed it on delicate and dried on low - it came out perfect, no damage. Unlike many other foam-y pillows, this one had absolutely no smell to it. I generally sleep on my stomach or my side, sometimes on my back. I would always have to turn the pillow at an angle (almost sideways) to give the side of my face support, while also tucking the pillow under my neck, trying to get the perfect amount of support. With this pillow, I don't have to do any of that. Because of the way this pillow is shaped, I naturally get the neck support and face support - no need to fumble around with it. The foam is soft, so even though the pillow got big in the dryer, my head falls into it nicely and there's no strain on my neck. I generally don't sleep well whether that's due to my body, pillow, mattress, a 45lbs dog pushing me off the bed, etc - who knows? But, I'm a romantic and I like to believe that when I find "the one" pillow, I will start sleeping like a baby. Hence, four stars instead of five. On a serious note, this pillow is well worth trying! :)

I originally submitted a review that talked about the off-gassing smell which made me unable to use the pillow. I am writing this review as an update. After giving the pillow a few more days to air out the smell of foam disappeared and I was able to try it. It is a good pillow for the price. Although it looks lumpy you don't actually feel lumps when your head is laying on it. An nice addition is the bag of extra filling in case you need to add more to make this pillow firmer. Is it comparable to a $100 memory foam pillow? No. But it is a good alternative for less money. An added plus was that the company reached out after my previous less-than-stellar review and asked what they could do to address my concern. I didn't respond but it was good to know that someone was reading the reviews and that they seem to want to offer a product that is good quality, so that is also a plus.

These are great for people that love those fluffy pillows! It is shredded memory foam, but are not so so hard like some memory foam are. They haven't gotten flat yet (I will update if that happens) I know how hard it is to find a decent pillow and sometimes will luck out finding one in a store and that store never carry it again! Lol They are a true king size pillow and come with a really good cover for it and they threw in extra shredded memory foam if you want to add extra for your pillow which I think it's really cool for them to do and never had a pillow company give extra filling before.

Pillow came in a nice box - unnecessary to me, but at least I can recycle it. It was packed tight and needed some time for the foam to expand. This is not a solid pillow, mind you. It was hundreds of shredded pieces of foam tucked into a pillow case. I unzipped and fluffed it up with my hands to get the expansion underway and speed up the process. Pros - great for a side sleeper / the curve allows more neck support and arm rest space, if needed - comfortable pillow overall - fits a standard pillow case Cons - not a solid pillow - less than firm (approx. 3" high) - I prefer more firmness and height I am glad I ordered this, but I will not be using it on my bed as my regular pillow. My 7 year old really likes it, so we will keep it on her bed instead. We needed a replacement pillow, so it worked out!

These are super soft and super comfortable. They come filled to the brim, but have an extra bag of filling in case you want even more. Make sure you have really good pillow cases, because these are going to fill them up and then some. Good value for a quality item.

I’ve been having a hard time sleeping lately and I knew it was from my old worn out pillow. I knew I needed a new one; so when I received my pillow I was excited to take it out of the box and begin using it. As you can see it comes in a nice box so it’s definitely giftable. Once I took it out of the box I was definitely skeptical on how good this pillow would actually be. I removed it from the box and it was definitely pretty flat. I unzipped the pillow and I wasn’t sure if I was supposed to hand fluff the material that was inside or what. There was a tag on the inside that said for restoring loft, place entire pillow in the dryer for 10 minutes on low heat. I decided to try this and couldn’t believe my pillow after 10 minutes, it was probably three times it’s original size (see pictures). That first night was probably the best sleep I have had for a long time. The pillow was fluffy enough but yet offered support. The sides of the pillow curve down a bit so it does offers good support to the neck/shoulder area. I do love this pillow and I would advise anyone getting it to put it in the dryer on low heat for 10 minutes before using. They recommend doing this at least once a month for optimal performance. I’ll probably do it every 2 to 3 weeks to keep it nice and fluffy.
