First day I noticed it sloped down where I lay my head so I then put it the other way so the slope would be where the feet area are. I though it just needed time. Not happy I paid $1,400 you can see.in photos how even my cell.phone slants downwards lol

This mattress was great for the first 2 yrs. But over the past few months, I've had horrific hip pain upon waking up in the middle of the night or morning -- so much so that I can't even move around or off the mattress without using my elbows or clenched fists. Am going to turn the mattress over to the medium firm side to see if I can get some relief.

I decided to ship a mattress to my new apartment - best decision ever. It arrived a couple days earlier than expected. I’ve slept on the Hybrid Mattress for over a week and it’s perfect. The firm side gives me the support I need throughout the night and during the day when I’m watching TV in bed. When you sit on the side of the bed, you feel the support as well. The mattress itself looks and feels luxurious out of the box. I recommend this mattress for anyone looking for a hybrid option.

My partner and I tried both sides (soft and firm) to figure out which worked best for us-we ended up loving the firm side! But I loved that there were 2 options in one (and I didn’t even have to leave my house to do a bunch of testing in stores). It offers great support and we both do feel like we sleep slightly cooler with this mattress than we had in the past. It also came with 2 pillows which is an awesome bonus. If you’re looking for a hybrid mattress, this one is definitely worth a shot.
