OK, so we changed a bedroom to a sitting room, but wanted to be able to accommodate guests, so we got an older sleeper sofa from a friend. The 4 inch mattress had not been used, but stored away in the sleeper for quite some time. The first people coming for a visit where my elderly parents so I purchased this in hopes that it would make the sleeper sofa tolerable I also purchased a padded mattress pad for hopefully a little extra softness. I am convinced this board made a tremendous difference in the comfort of the mattress. My parents reported that it slept very well and not at all like a sleeper sofa also because if it’s easy of folding, we are just able to store it in the couch when not in use. This was an inexpensive way to add Support to the frame without being able to fill the springs underneath that tiny mattress. ... show more

I ordered the twin size, which is listed as 48 x36, but the item that came was 48x60. It seemed decent quality, but definitely did not fit on a twin bed. Fortunately I was able to return it and buy a different product.

As all big backs understand, it's truly a depressing day when your mattress can no longer hold your extra inches you gained over the holidays. When sleeping in a crater, you wake up with your back in everlasting pain. This bunkie board completely changed that!! I was worried I would have to purchase a new mattress, but this board had brought it back to life!!! It doesn't quite fit underneath the entire bed, but it works on the side I sleep on and that's enough!!!! Amazon delivered to wrong address. Its too short and too wide. I should’ve comb through the comments. Ugh too heavy to send back. Not sure why but it says Twin size. This is not twin size at all. Waste of time and money.
