Exactly what I wanted! This was easy to install and feels sturdy. It took me and two of my friends about 3 hrs to put it together. The installation was smooth with step-by-step instructions. It came with all the tools needed, and some extra pieces in case you mess up. The roof is lightweight and well-designed for both dry and wet. It can be adjusted to the exact angle you wanted to let in sunlight, and could also close firmly to block rain/snow. We even bbq'ed on a rainy day, with the aluminum roof closed, not a drip on charcoal. Overall very pleased with our new metal pergola, can't wait to enjoy summertime in it! ... show more

We did a lot of research before purchasing a pergola for our newly built backyard and this purchase exceeded our expectations. A few tips: you may be missing some small parts but if you contact their customer service they will sent you the pieces immediately with some to spare, we bolted to the floor for maximum protection and you do need a least 2 people to assemble it. If you need more space for your house, recommend this pergola. It is very suitable for my patio. Following the instruction on the manul, every parts is marked, tooking my wife and me around 4 hours to build it. An extra hand helping could make it easy but two can do it. Good quality material. It is very sturdy even though we haven't anchored it into the concrete yet. The adjustable louvers is the best place i like. It is very easy to adjust the louvers. Packing done meticulously to prevent amage during shipping and handing. Nothing came scratched or damaged. All parts are delivered in 3 very large boxes on a pallet.
