I never purchased Laura Geller eyeliner before so when it was on sale and i use brown I bought it. I do like how easy it goes on and I like the tip of the liner its between a gel and a pencil. I do like a darker brown but the brown color I purchased is nice and being older I probably should be wearing a lighter shade of brown around my eyes anyways.

it glides on smooth once you get used to using it, while it holds a long time on the top eyelash line, the bottom lining doesn't really stay, i do my water line and under the lashes but in a hour or so you can see it starting to melt, then gets smudged and you end up getting racoon eyes trying to wipe off the melting drips, i have been through many liners and i'm wondering what it is, i don't even use oil based removers so i guess it just doesn't work for me, might be my sunscreen. ty

I tried the brown color for a less intense or daytime look and I'm happy with the results. Sometimes I just wear a little makeup to run around town doing my errands, and the brown is much more subtle than my regular black eyeliner. I think it gives a much more casual look, exactly what I was hoping for, when I'm wearing minimal makeup.

First and foremost I just have to say I love and I am a makeup fan of Laura Geller. But can we talk about this Gel Eyeliner? let's get right into this review. I love the staying power, color, and smoothness even love the value! but as for the durability umm I wasn't happy with it at all. I found it very frustrating when I went to put it on and the point kept breaking off!!!!! not just once but several times. I can't say it was because I was putting pressure on it. that was not the case. it just didn't win favors with me. That was my biggest and only issue with this gel eyeliner.
