Very disappointing experience. I chose these sensors because Launch is a well-known brand, and I specifically wanted to avoid buying cheap no-name TPMS sensors. Unfortunately, I now regret that decision. I paid to have these sensors installed in my tires, then visited several tire shops, including Discount Tire, only to find out they could not be programmed with the equipment available there. Now I have to pay again to remove them and replace them with compatible sensors. This compatibility limitation should be clearly stated in the product description. Had I known this beforehand, I would have chosen a different product. Buyers should verify compatibility before purchasing.

It was very easy to get these sensors programmed with my Buick Encore 2017. Keep in mind that the mechanic had a Launch computer to program them.

LAUNCH LTR-03 TPMS Sensor 315MHz/433MHz Dual Frequency Screw-in Metal Valves were purchased for a Hyundai Azera (Great Car, wife loves it) because, being dual frequency and my owning a Kenbolen K7 OBII scanner, I foolishly thought my BIG O tire shop where I bought new Michelin Pilot 4 tires would be able to install and program it. My main mechanic uses a Snap-on Solus diagnostic tool and will have to do it for me. Evidently, having to pay $50.00 each, plus the install limits your choice of Sensors to what the tire shop has as my local shop only uses an Autel tool. Fortunately, I not only know how to use a tire gauge and own several, but have a couple of air compressors as well and for 50 or 60 years have done quite well checking and adjusting tires for the vehicles and trailers we have owned over the years, it is just a minor annoyance to have the TPMS failure light lit all the time. Pretty certain these will work fine when I get around to having them programmed by my mechanic friend.
