  • So far, so good
Size: 4PCS Style: 9L3Z1A189A
The previous TPMS sensors I purchased from Amazon only lasted 3 years and then they failed. I'm hoping these last the typical 5 to 8 years. Just installed these but only have little time with them on the car. They installed well and synced with the car as advertised.

Bought these due to my tpms light being on, I was really skeptical after reading some reviews, I installed them and had them programmed no issues so far

  • So far so good, but install could be a challenge
Size: 4PCS Style: 13586335
These TPMS sensors work fine. I've had one installed in my truck for a little over a week now with no issues. I had all four successfully checked for function, and one of them was programmed and installed easily by a tire tech using an Autel programming device. Getting it installed did prove to be quite a challenge though, so I wanted to share that story. I brought these sensors into four separate tire shops. The first three shops refused to install them. I was given several random excuses from, "we can't warrantee them" or "we only install our own Autel sensors" to "our programming tool only works with Autel sensors". The simple fact of the matter was that each of these first three tire shops wanted to sell me a single Autel sensor for $65 plus labor for a total of around $100. I was able to obtain FOUR of these Gearmeister sensors for $26 and planned to only pay the $20-$30 labor fee. The fourth shop was more than happy to install my sensor for me and even offered to scan and double check the other three for function in case I needed them in the future. Apparently, the trick is to just find the right tire shop. Some shops just want to sell you their own parts while badmouthing anything else. ... show more

  • Works well so far! [‘07 Yukon]
Size: 4PCS Style: 13581558
I’ve replaced enough sets of aftermarket TPMS sensors in my cars that I consider them DIY but I do most of my own automotive work. Although there’s always risks, I’ve gotten to the point that I’m able to do them in my driveway in about 15 minutes per tire and have never had a problem. It’s very manageable if you’re somewhat mechanically inclined. These types of sensors last roughly 3 years in my experience but it’s a lot cheaper than paying a tire shop ($250+ in my region) and most don’t allow you to use your own parts. I hope to get another 3 years or more from these but time will tell. The build quality is fine and I don’t have any complaints. All 4 worked upon installation. I can’t ask for much more at this price point. I can definitely recommend these TPMS sensors. ... show more

  • They work as advertised
Size: 4PCS Style: F2GT1A180AB
I got these air pressure sensors to replace the ones on my 2017 Ford Explorer sport. I took them to a local shop to have them put on, but I was told that they don't use aftermarket parts, so I ended up asking a friend of mine who's a mechanic on the side to put them on. After he installed them they seemed to work pretty good and so far I haven't had any problems out of them. Hopefully they last longer than the ones that came on my vehicle. I will. Say getting them here instead of having a local garage put them on was way cheaper and I think this is a better deal. ... show more

  • Worked great for 2010 Toyota Sienna
Had a local gas station/tire shop install all 4 of these on my 2010 Toyota Sienna. These do not need to be "programmed", but you or your local tire shop needs to have a OBD sensor tool that can trigger the "relearn" to the car's ECU/computer. Getting a local tire shop (who wants to sell you their overpriced version of TPMS sensors) can be challenging. The tire shop I used, had a "MAX" brand OBD TPMS device that they were able to use to trigger relearn of these GEARMEISTER TPMS sensors. I suspect most major brand TPMS tools (including MAX) can trigger the relearn for pre-programmed TPMS sensors like this, they (tire shops) just don't want to admit it, so they can sell you their $en$or$. Glad to have the TPMS alerts gone now!!! ... show more

  • Good replacement for 2011 Dodge Ram 2500
Size: 4PCS Style: 56029398AB
Unless you tow all the time and/or are a completely lazy vehicle owner, TPMS systems are stupid. All they do is trip lights on your dashboard when your tires aren't inflated properly, or when the batteries in the transmitters go dead. (And they always go dead about three weeks after you mount and balance a brand new set of tires, so just replace these stupid things every time you get new rubber!) That's the situation I found myself in recently. A four-year-old set of tires on the truck was worn out, and my TPMS light was glowing on the dash and I couldn't see pressures in any of the tires because the battery in every single sensor/transmitter was dead. I ordered this set and handed it to my tire guy when I had new tires installed, and now all is back to normal. I still check my pressure the right (old fashioned) way, and I still have no use for TPMS, but at least the idiot light on my dash is no longer illuminated! ... show more

  • Two Have Low Battery
Had these installed and reprogrammed on a 2017 fusion. Two of them disconnect when at speed and reconnect when slowing back down to city speeds. This is indicative of low batteries. You get what you pay for so I should have guess, but was hoping to get lucky with these.
