  • Good savings for a relevant MacBook
Capacity: 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD, 8-Core CPU Color: Space Gray
My only gripe is that the laptop did not come with retail packaging. However it is in pristine condition with only 98 cycles on the Battery, which qualifies as barely used for a 2021 model. The M1Pro chip is quick with anything I do with it. It came with a 3rd Party charger, but after a week, and only charging it twice, it seems to perform admirably. Will see how it is over the long haul, but upon inspection I can tell it’s never been opened up, so I have confidence in its longevity. ... show more

  • Renewed premium MacBook pro
Capacity: 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD, 8-Core CPU Color: Space Gray
Buying refurbished is always a bit of a dice roll. I knew I would get a working product, but I wasn't sure what it's condition would be. I should note that the one I bought was labeled "renewed premium" which basically means, for its condition, it has received the seller's highest possible rating. That means: extremely minimal signs of wear externally, and a battery life that is at least at 90% (meaning, due to use, it has gone down to no more less than 90% of its original capacity). I should also note that the seller in this case was Amazon, which is a lot more reliable, and easier to make returns with. The device had a few scuffs on the body, very small, the kind of thing that I probably would have done myself through normal use within about 3 months of owning it. The battery had 153 cycles on it, and it's overall life capacity was 93%. In terms of the scuffs, I was expecting that more from the "renewed" category than "renewed premium" but I'm not very picky about that kind of thing, which helps when you're buying refurbished. Everything seems to work great, it's a Macbook. I spent $913 in March of 2025, and at that price point still feel like I got a good deal. ... show more

  • It turn out great
Capacity: 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD, 8-Core CPU Color: Space Gray
Laptop quality is great. They do have some minor mark but you have to look at it close. My only concern is the battery when it show up it battery is 85%(should be 90%) other than that I think it is value for money

  • Worth buying
Capacity: 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD, 8-Core CPU Color: Space Gray
My laptop arrived in two days . Looks brand new with no dents! I was nervous at first to buy a refurbished Mac book but, it was definitely worth buying . It did come with a generic charger and not the original apple charger but, it’s states that in the details before purchasing the laptop . So far so good overall though . ... show more

  • No charger
Capacity: 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD, 8-Core CPU Color: Space Gray
Laptop was sent without charger and has a off-putting odor. Over all in good condition but I would not qualify this as premium.

  • Faulty Charger - Laptop Works Well
Capacity: 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD Color: Silver
The media could not be loaded. The charger that came with it is faulty and keeps connecting and reconnecting (see video) . It was not an official mac charger. I didn't like that at all. Otherwise the machine has great battery life and the quality of the device is high. it functions well. the weight is good. solid but not too heavy to carry around. the speed is good. If only I got a charger that worked! ... show more

  • Came Apple certified
Capacity: 16GB RAM, 1TB SSD Color: Silver
My unit came in Apple packaging, sealed, with the box saying "Official Apple Refurbished" on the package. It was as if this machine was brand new. I couldn't get Apple care to work but the website said to reach out to customer service. So I clicked to do so and within 30 seconds my phone rang and an Apple specialist was there. She said they couldn't do AppleCare+ because "technically" the device is registered as having gone to a reseller. She confirmed the device was sent to the reseller directly from Apple, they no longer sell M1s on the site, and that my unit's official DOB was in June. The original warranty is still in effect and if I want AppleCare all I need to do is take it to an Apple store where they can inspect it then sell the warranty. Highly recommend going with this supplier. BTW the M1 version is no slower than the M2 version when it comes to being used as a daily driver. The single core performance is still amazing and it's as fast as the newest and most expensive chips for anything not utilizing all the cores. The M1 14" version also has the better speakers, it's not known why but the M2 version sounds noticeably worse. I'm not a content creator of any kind but I travel a lot and my macbook is how I watch all my content. The XDR screen and the speakers are miles ahead of my m1 13" MBP and that screen was already pretty amazing. ... show more

  • I Paid For A "Premium" Category And Got An "Excellent"
Capacity: 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD Color: Silver
I received the product within the times agreed by the seller. Its functionality is excellent, the screen does not have any scratches, the keyboard is as if they had not been used before. The speakers sound great and the Touch ID works quickly. And also, It came with and original 61W charger and cables plus the one year warranty by the seller. Overall, a splendid product. The problem is that I bought a MacBook Pro M1 Pro with "Premium" category and I feel that I received an "Excellent" category product. It did not come in the Apple certified box, and the battery has 60 use cycles. I also found a little scratch on the back of the cover. I paid over 80 bucks plus taxes more for this product compared to an "Excellent" category because I thought it would come in the Apple certified box, fewer charging cycles and no scratches. Overall it’s an excellent product and I would have felt very satisfied if I had paid the value of an "Excellent" category. I would return it, and buy another one with the “Excellent” category, but I live outside the United States. My final rating is 3.5 stars, because the laptop is in excellent condition, and I didn’t feel a “premium” experience as many of you in the reviews. ... show more
