    • Absolutely NO complaints
Capacity: 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD Color: Silver
LOVE love love this computer. I intend on keeping it as long as I can. I bough it renewed and think I got a fantastic deal on it I don't know if I got super lucky or what but mine came with no imperfections and a battery health of 100%. Couldn't be happier. The screen is PLENTY bright. Extremely vivid. The speakers are amazing. I love the extra ports, I couldn't stand just having USB c ports on older models. Its blazing fast with everything and feels very efficient. Its been able to run and handle pretty much anything I throw at it. I can say it honestly sped up my workflow and the 120hz refresh rate is a treat to use. Everything feels extremely snappy. I literally don't need anything else after this, Im set :) ... show more

    • Really looks brand new
Capacity: 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD Color: Silver
Been using this laptop for the last month daily, my first MacBook ever. And woah, this laptop is gorgeous. There are no nicks, no blemishes. Came in well packaged. The only thing I've really noticed, is in intense sunlight, intense glares, and certain angles, there's these little weird circles, only like 5, not even that big, even my camera can barely pick up, but otherwise this laptop is just about perfect. Came with a MagSafe charger. Battery came at 99% capacity with 39 charges, battery definitely lasts compared to my PC laptop that needed a charger after 1 hour and a half, so I'm not complaining. Also this computer has a few months of AppleCare left so if something weird happens, I can just get it covered through apple. Plus, with a one year return policy, I feel very comfortable committing to this purchase. Really happy with the results. Definitely would recommend. ... show more

    • Very good value for money
Capacity: 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD Color: Silver
Mine did not have any signs of use. Battery is still at 100%, 4 cycle count. Everything is smooth. What a steal. Old computer was a macbook pro m1 8GB so even though this is not that much newer than that, the difference in the experience is huge. I really hope the software support lasts longer.

    • Very Impressed
Capacity: 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD Color: Silver
I don't see how this MacBook is not brand new, it says that it is Apple professionally refurbished. And it is a 2021 model, but I'm telling you it is flawless. It looks and operates just like a brand new machine. I am very very happy with it.

    • The Macbook good the charger trash
Capacity: 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD Color: Space Gray
Everything was perfect with the MacBook, I love it it's powerful and fiscally it comes only with a little scratch. The only problem that I got was the charger that come with the MacBook, it was trash literally, it doesn't work, I would have liked it to come with the Original charger but it came with something that when I connect it, it just doesn't work, that's why I gave it 3 stars bc I paid more than 1300$ for this, and now I will have to buy the original charger that is 140$. ... show more

    • I Paid For A "Premium" Category And Got An "Excellent"

I received the product within the times agreed by the seller. Its functionality is excellent, the screen does not have any scratches, the keyboard is as if they had not been used before. The speakers sound great and the Touch ID works quickly. And also, It came with and original 61W charger and cables plus the one year warranty by the seller. Overall, a splendid product. The problem is that I bought a MacBook Pro M1 Pro with "Premium" category and I feel that I received an "Excellent" category product. It did not come in the Apple certified box, and the battery has 60 use cycles. I also found a little scratch on the back of the cover. I paid over 80 bucks plus taxes more for this product compared to an "Excellent" category because I thought it would come in the Apple certified box, fewer charging cycles and no scratches. Overall it’s an excellent product and I would have felt very satisfied if I had paid the value of an "Excellent" category. I would return it, and buy another one with the “Excellent” category, but I live outside the United States. My final rating is 3.5 stars, because the laptop is in excellent condition, and I didn’t feel a “premium” experience as many of you in the reviews. ... show more

    • Do Not Buy – Terrible Quality and Unreliable Seller

I bought this product expecting premium quality, but it was a complete disappointment. It arrived with deep dents and clearly went through no quality control. It’s unacceptable that a seller with such low standards is still on this platform. Don’t waste your money or time—look for a more reliable option. ... show more
