    • Received an actual excellent product, with an inferior power adapter head.
The macbook pro itself is in excellent condition. No blemishes on the outside, pixels seem ok, passed a self diagnostic test, and battery life 99%. The only problem is, the unbranded power adapter head that came with it is showing as 3A, but gets extremely hot within a few minutes, and almost feels like a fire hazard. So, I am using an old apple charging head instead, which works perfect without heating up. ... show more

This is the second computer I buy in less than a month with the same issue, a backlight bleeding, you can see the big spot of light on the bottom of the screen and the rest of the screen won't have the same brightness, it looks like this 2020 model in particular has this issue. So far so great, haven't got any issues with it. It came as it was new! Battery life is really good on this, and was really easy to set it up! Hoping this could last a few more years without having to update to another one!

Laptop was clean . Price was decent but laptop had dents and scratches that significantly should’ve impacted its price.

    • Worth the risk
I’ve had this device for several months now. It came in perfect condition even though I ordered acceptable to save money. The M1 chip is a great upgrade from intel that I was using previously. Depending on your needs, this cost cut could be a great move. I’m a graphic designer and it runs photoshop, Indesign, illustrator all at once no problem. Plus, it’s better for the environment and more ethical to purchase refurbished, I will be doing this moving forward. ... show more
