Mine did not come with 1T storage (500G is what it came with). Other than that, it is excellent and works perfectly. I do not mind the 500g less storage as it is works great for what I use it for. I am new to the MacBook Pro world and so far I am impressed.

    • Worst 2k ever spent
Sold me a defective laptop. Sent it back after being told they would fix it or replace it. It's now been 2 months. They havnt fixed it and won't ship it back. They gave me a tracking number last week saying it was shipped already. Ups doesnt even have possession of my laptop. They still have it. They do a poor job of replying. They're claiming they can't fix my laptop cuz I didn't log out of my apple account. Yet they knew the screen didn't work and insisted I send it back for them to fix. This is scam. although its renewed, the mbp looks like it could be brand new, there are minor scratches /nicks on the outside but nothing noticeable at a glance. the specs arent exactly what i ordered though...which is why i rated 4 stars. the processor speed is actually 2.3GHz and the listing i ordered said 2.6GHz. the listing also said it was an i7 processor but the mac i got is an i9. the storage (1tb) and memory(32gb) size is the same as the listing at least. the specs kinda matter because i do graphic design and 3D work. just be aware that the mac you receive may be of different specs than the listing. my mac also had 452 battery cycles and the battery is in normal condition. all of the keys on the keyboard are functional as well as the usb c ports. the mac was a bit dirty when it arrived, im guessing from being worked on. but i just cleaned it up with cotton rounds and alcohol & its all good. i bought a different usb c charger since the one it came with was too hot and made me nervous to use. also, the sellers have been very kind to me and are quick to respond to messages which is really important to me, so thats a plus. it was shipped overnight and arrived early morning. ... show more

Purchased this "Renewed (Excellent) Late 2019 Macbook Pro i7". It most definitely is not in excellent condition. This was a Christmas present for my son. I have my own 2019 Macbook Pro that I bought new in 2019. Mine is excellent condition. This one has lots of abrasions and scratches, roughness around the edges. There are scratches and whatnot. The corner has a dent where it had been dropped. The screen and performance is in good condition so we will keep it. The little apple logo on the cover? It's not positioned correctly. I would have never noticed but he did and he showed it to me. So there's that too. Also, the charger does not work. Ok, it works when it wants to but it shuts off and refuses to charge. My son and I now use my charger and we switch back and forth since his does not work (often). The laptop works, but it should have been classified as a lower grade. Not excellent by any means which is what we expected and what we paid for. ... show more

Great value - I still use this machine for photo and video editing… a lot of great programs do not work with M class Mac’s! Which is aggravating to say the very least!

I ordered the Late 2019 Apple MacBook Pro with 2.6GHz Intel Core i7 (16 inch, 32GB RAM, 1TB Storage) Space Gray (Renewed) and paid extra to get a unit in "Excellent" condition. This machine if the FURTHEST from excellent, and it would have been a stretch to label it acceptable. 1. The keyboard is beyond worn and degraded. 2. There is not one, but TWO, monster sticker residual imprints that cover almost the entire surface area of the machine. Cosmetic damage not acceptable according to Amazon conditions: "Body: No signs of cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, and other) are visible when the product is held 12 inches away." 3. The battery lasts approximately 1 HOUR without being connected to power. 4. The battery only has about 200 of the 1000 cycles left. Not even close to the "Battery: >80% of original battery life" required of all Amazon condition types. 5. The machine is unable to connect to Thunderbolt accessories. 6. The machine seem to heat excessively. ... show more

    • You Know What They Say About An Apple A Day.
Tired of problems with Windows so thought I would go back to Mac. It got some getting use to at first and now I hardly turn on my Windows PC. I didn't need to get a new Lap Top and this one is just right for me. Lots of RAM, 32 GB, and more memory, 1 TB, than I will use for a great price.
