Computer came quick and easy; was really excited for this because I work from home and my MacBook Air (early-2015 model) is no longer working for me in terms of speed, storage space, capability, etc. However, after setting up my login information I noticed instantly that the dock at the bottom of the screen was distorted. First I thought this was a software glitch, but I soon recognized the tell-tale signs of internal screen damage. This laptop was recommended to me from a friend who purchased multiple computers with no complaints or damages, so I intend to return this product and get a new, undamaged one. A little frustrated since it went from "excellent condition" to "new condition" after finalizing the purchase, but I need a new laptop. Everything was fine with the computer for the price, only one or two things I have noticed was that the volume down button doesn't always work or you need to press down on it hard. And the other thing is it does get pretty warm underneath the computer when I am using it but normally cools down.

The only thing that’s preventing me from giving this purchase a five star ⭐️ rating is that the keys are not as responsive as I would like. There are instances where the keys doesn’t register my touch, especially the L (no pun intended 😂). I bought 3 used apple laptops in total. One had major dents all over , the other one had letters missing on the key board. Third was the charm, the laptop I received is used but in great condition. Since the laptop is 5 years going on 6 years old I feel like Its little overpriced but worth it.
