    • Perfect for my bedroom
Just got done getting it set up and I'm really happy with it. Perfect for my room with a gentle but firm breeze on the lowest setting and a fairly powerful high setting that might be more appropriate for a bigger room. It was really easy, took about 5 minutes to screw the stand onto the bottom of the fan and the bluetooth connection worked like a charm with my iPhone. I love the wood trim, reminds me of the Atari I had as a kid. Edit: So after a few months in Summer using this fan, there are a couple things I want to point out. First, this fan won't pull air in from a window very effectively. I know, it's not designed for that and ideally you would want a box window fan for such a task but I just feel it noteworthy to mention it doesn't really pull air from behind in any sort of significant manner. Also, about the bluetooth functionality. It works fine but...I wouldn't bother with bluetooth fans. Granted, I thought it would be good ideal so I wouldn't have an extra remote laying around but the fact is by the time I get my phone unlocked and open the app to turn the fan on I could've done it quicker by just using a remote or pressing the power button manually. It's just not worth the extra seconds to use the app on the phone. Lastly, like some other reviewers have mentioned, a rattling noise started happening after a couple months. Another reviewer pointed out he suspected the buttons were loose and sure enough that was the case with mine. More specifically it was just the bluetooth button which seems to be less beefy than the other buttons. I simply put a piece of tape over it and problem solved. Not a big deal. ... show more

I purchased this for my new home office since we don’t have AC (I live in a coastal town in CA). There was very minimal assembly required: the base needed to be snapped on and attached with 2 screws. The unit has 3 speeds but since I typically have it close to me in the office, I rarely use anything above 1 and it provides enough cooling. The fan is extremely lightweight and has a convenient “handle” like spot on the back near the top of the unit, so I’ve carried it with one hand from room to room. The oscillating feature is great if you don’t want it blowing directly on you or need to cool a large area. The noise is barely there and has not bothered me at all during many conference calls. This is a nice upgrade from the really cheap stand fans. Looks nice in the living. Old fan was the cheap stand up fan with the cross or x feet and flimsy metal that bends way too easy. This new fan is mostly plastic but thick enough. I like it doesn't take up as much floor space. It stands tall enough but you won't be able to raise it higher if you have a need for that. I don't. I got the bluetooth version. The app works great. All buttons work from the app. Has a sleep mode. The app also allows you to add multiple fans. Nice feature. It it on the quiet side as others have said. This is also convenient for the living room while watching tv. Not the cheapest but definitely not the most expensive. This fan can have its own zip code! It works too well. It has a remote but I use the app on my phone. It's immediate with the response. The fan coverage works very well to the point I have to turn it off after a few minutes. I highly recommend this fan.

The fan is decent. Pushes a good amount of air, definitely not "silent" in any way. You can clearly hear the motor over the fan blades but it's not loud. This is my 2nd fan. The first one smelled of burning smoke (electronic burning smell) and the motor was VERY noisy. The exchange was easy and this one is OK. Will I get another? Most likely not. I wish the motor was quieter even on the working one but it does push a lot of air. If you want a good pusher of air and a not loud but still audible fan this will be great for you. ... show more
