I'm extremely pleased with these t-shirts! They are very comfortable for running, as they are lightweight, breathable, stretchy, and do a good job wicking moisture away. The end result is that I feel a lot cooler during my runs, and I get home much less of a sweat-ball than I used to. I also haven't had any issues so far with scent retention. I also find these t-shirts comfy as a sleep shirt, especially as someone who doesn't like feeling too hot overnight. And they look good as a general wear t-shirt. (At least, I think so!) Care-wise, they are pretty easy. They say you can put them in the dryer, and I have done so on low with no ill effects. (They also dry quite quickly on a drying rack.) With regard to fit, I would say they are true to size. I usually wear a medium in T-shirts, and the medium fits me like a normal medium T-shirt. That said, for running in particular, I like a bit of a tighter fit so the shirt can better wick moisture away, so I have elected to size down to a small to get that tighter fit. (And it's still quite comfortable because the shirt is stretchy.) The only negative about them is that the size and color availability is all over the place, and the shipping is ridiculously slow. I've bought close to a dozen of these shirts, but some of them took three weeks to get to me. So just be aware, while you will *eventually* get it, it might be a while.

Light, Breathable, and Perfect for Workouts I’ve been using this Baleaf men’s running shirt for workouts, runs, and even casual wear, and it has quickly become one of my go-to athletic tees. The material is lightweight and breathable, with a nice bit of stretch that makes it easy to move in without feeling restrictive. The quick-dry fabric does exactly what it promises—sweat doesn’t linger, and the shirt dries fast after a run or gym session. That makes it especially comfortable during longer workouts where you’d otherwise feel weighed down by damp fabric. The cut is athletic but not skin-tight. On me (XL), it fits true to size with enough room for airflow without looking baggy. The fabric feels smooth against the skin and doesn’t cause irritation, which is a big plus for activities like running or lifting where friction can be an issue. The stitching and overall build are solid, holding up well after multiple washes with no shrinking or fading so far. A small but practical point: the shirt works well as a base layer under a hoodie or jacket since it doesn’t bunch up, but it’s also sharp enough to wear on its own thanks to the clean, simple design. The neutral gray color makes it versatile, pairing well with different shorts or joggers. The only thing to keep in mind is that, like most lightweight athletic fabrics, it’s not designed for warmth—this is definitely more of a warm-weather or indoor workout shirt. Bottom line: A well-made, comfortable, and breathable athletic tee that performs just as well for running and training as it does for casual wear. I used to wear primarily 100% cotton t-shirts. I wanted to get one of those new high performance t-shirts that are light weight and wick the moisture away from the body and breath well to keep me cool. These high performance t-shits are usually made from polyester, however I have discovered that all polyester fabrics are not the same. In fact that is probably more variation in the polyester fabrics than there are different weight and types of cotton. This makes buying a good high performance t-shirt challenging. In order to order to find one that worked for me I bought several and here is the results of my research: Denali Performance Men’s UPF 50+ ProtectUV Short Sleeve T-Shirt - Large Green - I am keeping this one but it tends to be a bit on the warm side. Not a good at breathing as the others. OK for cooler weather. DRIEQUIP Men's Short Sleeve Moisture Wicking T-Shirt-ForestGreenHeather-L - This one was the worst of the 6. The fabric was prickly and felt warm when wearing it. It got returned. Pretchic Men's UV Sun Protection UPF 50+ Short Sleeve Sports T Shirt Grey L - This shirt was tied for best with the Amazon Essentials t-shirt. It feels good to the skin, is light weight, and breaths well. I plan to buy more. Amazon Essentials Men's Tech Stretch Short-Sleeve Performance T-Shirt, navy heather, Large - This shirt was tied for best with the Pretchic t-shirt. It feels good to the skin, is light weight, and breaths well. I plan to buy more. BALEAF Men's Quick Dry Short Sleeve T-Shirt Running Workout Shirts Heather Red Size L - This t-shirt has a shinny finish on the fabric and was the most “dressy” of all the t-shirts tested. It looks nice but is not as good at breathing as Amazon Essentials Men’s Tech Short-Sleeve Performance t-shirt or Pretchic Men's UV Sun Protection UPF 50+ Short Sleeve Sports T Shirt. Hanes Men's Cool Dri UPF 50 Moisture Wicking T-Shirt, Maroon, Large - I am keeping this one but it tends to be a bit on the warm side. Not a good at breathing as the others. OK for cooler weather.

I'm wearing this shirt right now, as I get ready to go out walking. I've used it for exercise outdoor (primarily walks of 5-8 miles), and for indoor training on the bike and the stair stepper. It's great at getting sweat off my skin, and cooling me as the moisture dries in the air. I bought one each of several brands, and have no qualms with purchasing this one again.

Got the white version for the coolest running shirt from a temp perspective. It does not have the black color piping. That’s good for me as I didn’t really want that. The back is a different material. A bit more like a mesh to allow for more breathing. Nice shirt.
