I will be brutally honest, I had no idea what this kit entailed or was going to be used for as I didn’t even know this existed at all because I am 53 3/4th’s young and the only eyelash market things that I grew up on and used were: mascara, eyelash curler and until recently learning, magnetic and glue-on eyelashes which I am not very fond of at all. Sadly, my eye’s have gotten very sensitive as I have gotten older and do not like almost all of the above and my arthritis and muscle spasms in my hands have twice now accidentally pulled out my eyelashes on my right eyelid. A word of advice: our hair does not grow back as quickly as it did when younger and at times, like with eyebrow’s, it might not grow back at all or grow in patches etc. Eyesight is not as perfect as it once was and shaking of hands makes penciling in or applying even more difficult but,… This kit right here comes with everything that one needs to either have a friend help or do yourself in the convenience of your own home if you have self-esteem issue’s.. The kit has everything that you need inside as well as clear instructions on how to use and apply and if you still aren’t sure enough to do it yourself, you can search online for tutorial’s to gain more confidence or ask a friend over for a BFF spa at-home spa day and treat each other and compare the results. It is versatile because it can be used for lifting your lashes to even tinting your lashes darker so, if you are not wanting to attempt the lift process yourself, you definitely can do the tinting without a hitch or assist at least and just wait for that confident BFF to come over to try out the lifting. I didn’t know what to expect and was pleasantly shocked by all that is included with this kit and although my confidence hasn’t quite reached that expert DIY level yet, it’s about there and when it gets there, I will update this review with results and experience most definitely!

I tested this kit on my eyebrows only first, since I have very fine hair and almost no outer tails. I wanted to see how my skin reacted and whether the formula was gentle enough before trying a full lash lift. The kit is straightforward once you understand the timing. I used a very thin layer of the lifting cream, kept it on for a shorter time than the lash instructions, and made sure to keep the product only on the brow hairs—not the skin. The neutralizer set everything in place without any burning or redness. My brows lifted smoothly and held their shape, especially in the inner and middle sections where I actually have hair. The outer ends are naturally sparse, so lamination didn’t create new fullness there, but it did make the tiny, lighter hairs more visible and gave my brows a cleaner, more defined look overall. If you have sensitive skin or fine brow hair, starting with brows is a smart way to test the kit. Mine came out soft, lifted, and natural—not crunchy or over‑processed. I’m comfortable moving on to lashes next.

I regularly dye my eyebrows, but have never permed or tinted my eyelashes. I like the idea of dying instead of applying temporary color because then I can enjoy the color all the time, even after washing my face and before putting on makeup. I decided to try this Lift and Tint kit on my own, hoping I could manage it if I worked on one eye at a time. Unfortunately, it did not work out. You really need to keep your eyelid closed and rested the entire time, which is difficult to do when your other eye is being used to read and follow the directions. I ran into trouble fairly early on, having a difficult time keeping the silicone lash lift pad in place on my eyelid in Step 3 with the glue. (By the way, the photo in step 3 is upside down!) This kit also provides tape to help secure the pad, but even with the tape, I wasn’t able to keep it securely in place. No doubt, it would be easier if working another person, who can then keep their eyes closed and relaxed. After securing the silicone lash lift pad, the next step would have been to lift and carefully arrange the lashes over the pad (step 4) before applying the perm lotion in step 5. It is much easier to dye my brows because I don’t need to close my eyes. I didn’t try dying my eyebrows with this kit because the color, black, is too dark for my eyebrows. I did try dying my eyelashes without doing the “lash lift”. Instead of using pads to protect my skin from the dye, I used a barrier cream on my eyelids and under my eyes. The effect of the dye on my eyelashes was subtle because my eyelashes are already dark, and dyeing the lashes does not thicken them the way mascara does. I did not experience any eye or skin irritation when using the glue on my eyelids, or the tint on my eyelashes. I wasn’t able to try the perm lotion. This is a nice set, but I couldn’t do the “lift” alone as I’d hoped. I will update this review if I can find someone willing to help me with applying the perm lotion.

Such a fan of being able to give myself an eyelash perm at home for an amazingly incredible reasonable price! And it makes such a difference as you can see in my photo. Because without the lash perm my eyelashes, even though they are long, it doesn’t matter because they are stick straight. So if they aren’t curled, then you can’t even see them. And it is such a chore to curl them every single time because I have fine hair so it has a hard time staying up. And a lash perm is literally the solution to all my lash problems. I can put the tiniest bit of mascara on and go, or I don’t even need to wear mascara at all! I mean, truthfully, for some people this is not going to be an incredibly easy process just to be completely honest about it. It does take some practice and it is kind of hard not being able to really blink for quite a long period of time, lol. But that’s the case with any eyelash perming. It’s just not easy. But the payoff if you can do it right is spectacular. Because this is incredibly effective, and if you don’t get it in your eyes, which you shouldn’t, then there won’t be any skin irritation unless you’re allergic. And the fragrance of this isn’t really that bothersome to me anyway. Some of these kits do smell more intense than others and this kit really isn’t that bad. I would absolutely recommend this! I was honestly surprised by how well this lash lift kit worked. The instructions were easy to follow, even as someone who had never done a lash lift at home before. I definitely recommend watching a few tutorials on at-home lash kits before attempting. It helped me a lot and eased my anxiety. The kit came with everything I needed, and the application process was pretty straightforward. My lashes looked noticeably lifted, curled, and darker afterward. I don't feel the need to apply mascara daily like I did before which keeps them feeling healthier and fuller. The results looked natural but still made a big difference. I also appreciated that the formula felt gentle and didn't irritate my eyes. For the price, this kit offers great value and gives salon-like results without the salon cost. If you're looking for an easy way to enhance your lashes at home, I'd definitely recommend giving this a try.

This lash lift and color kit works incredibly well and saves a ton of money compared to going to a professional salon. The instructions are very clear and detailed, which made the overall ease of use much better than I anticipated for a DIY process. The adhesive holds the lashes down to the silicone pads perfectly without lifting up mid-way through the timing steps. I have very sensitive eyes and was pleased that I experienced zero eye irritation or burning during the application. The longevity is fantastic as my lashes have maintained a beautiful, natural looking curl for over a month now. It represents incredible value for money given how many uses you get out of a single box.

If I could give zero stars I would. The sticky pads don’t stick to your eyes and trying to stick them on with tape is also not helpful. This product is impossible to use by yourself. Even when I got the pad on and the perm solution I had it on for 20 minutes and it did nothing but make everything smell like eggs. Terrible.
