Once I learned the curve, like using the LDS Beta. I work fantastically. Keep. a log so you don't waste material. The 40W is so much better than the 10W in LP4. I cut 1/8 plywood in 1 pass. It has been a great upgrade.

    • Powerful and Fast Laser Engraver With Large Working Area

The LaserPecker LX2 is a very impressive laser cutter and engraver with plenty of power and features for both beginners and small business use. The 40W laser performs well for engraving and cutting different materials, and the large working area gives you much more flexibility for bigger projects and batch engraving. One of the first things I noticed was how fast this machine operates. The engraving speed is very quick, and it helps save a lot of time when working on larger projects or multiple items at once. The built-in 12MP camera is also very useful for positioning designs accurately and making alignment much easier during setup. I like that this machine can handle a variety of materials including wood, metal, acrylic, and even curved surfaces. That makes it a great option for DIY projects, small business customization work, and personalized products. The overall setup feels modern and beginner-friendly without being overly complicated. The build quality feels solid, and the larger workspace is a major advantage compared to smaller engravers. It gives you more room to work and makes batch engraving more convenient. The software and controls are also fairly easy to learn after some initial setup time. I actually built a rolling table specifically for this unit so I can easily move it around when needed. I usually bring it outdoors while using it to help keep the smoke out of my garage, which has worked out really well for my setup. I am still learning more about the machine as I continue using it, but so far I really like it and have been happy with the results. I will update more later as I gain more experience with it.     • Much fancier and more capable than my LP2 Plus!

I got LX2 and tested it on 5 small items so far. The quality is very good. It feels well built and the parts are precise. Setup was simple and the ease of use is excellent – everything worked smoothly with the app and computer software. I made small engravings and cuts on wood and acrylic. The machine ran without any problems and shows good durability even after several short runs. For what it offers, it’s strong value for the money. The large work area and fast speed make it useful for both beginners and more experienced users. So far I’m happy with the results on my small test pieces. It does a clean job and I look forward to using it more once I finish clearing space for bigger projects. Ill update this once I have some more elaborate projects under my belt and have more feedback :) ... show more
