Using this to engrave business merch, price tags, business cards, etc. Pretty impressive performance and power. Optics need to be cleaned more frequently than expected as laser has been bouncing after particle build up. Must also be perfectly level for best results. Wish there was more accessible literature for maintenance and support.

Best pecker I had. UPDATE: So after just 1 hour of total engraving this turd died on me. It will not cut anything anymore. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS !!!! Update 2: after turning it of and on it worked again. However, it stopped working again but this time nothing I do fixes it. WARNING !!! DO NOT BUY !!

wont focus, laser freezes up, worse support ever, 1 email a day with 0 help all they want is info, took 2 weeks to get a RMA, they received the bad one and i was told replacement was shipped right away and tracking number they gave me hasnt been updated or scanned in 2 weeks and was shipped from new york. The first problem is the preview, it can hardly be seen making it extremely difficult to line up material. Second it seems to work only randomly. When it does work I can get decent results but not what I expected for the price. I can try the same thing the next day and total failure, barely etching at all. Customer support is horrible. They want photos and videos when they do finally respond. I have ruined lots of material that has cost me money and time.

Underpowered, minimal support, terrible software. Purchased direct from LP. As said- huge mistake. Save up and buy a real laser. Time has passed- even more disgusted with it. Not even a good toy.
