My spouse and I were interested in getting Lazer Hair removal around some of the sensitive body parts. We preferred to do it at home so took a chance on this product. We have been happy with the result. The hair remover is easy to use it has 5 sensitivity settings so you can adjust it for more sensitive parts of the body. We have used it mainly on a medium setting and have experienced no irritation, rashes, burning, etc. After 6 treatments it has removed about 30 percent of the hair. We feel we will be done after about 12-15 treatments treating 2-3 times a week on a medium setting. I'm guessing you could get it done faster on a higher setting. The manufacturer does not accept returns or offer replacements even for a product that is two weeks old and defective.
