My wife thought this looked interesting so I got it to try out. The package and everything looks nice, but as I opened it I had roller coaster thoughts about it. The box is sturdy and has a nice design. The things inside the box, including the smaller boxes that hold the accessories, are difficult to remove. Since the interior boxes are made of flimsy material it makes them difficult to remove without tearing. That's only an issue if you are going to keep them for storage. There are a couple of cheap disposable razors that I won't use because of razor burn (that's me, not everyone has that issue) and some glasses that are more flimsy than the razor blades. The light says using it 3-4 times a week for the first two weeks will get rid of 75% of the hair, and two times a week for weeks 3-5 gets you to 85%, and once a week for weeks 5-8 will get you to 98%. There are pictures on the product information page of what they say those percentages look like. There are three modes: body, face, and bikini, and five levels. You long press the power button to turn it on and off, and while it's on you can short press it to cycle between levels 1-5. It suggest to do the first session at level 1, and future ones based on the color chart in the instructions. You do want to read the instructions because it says to not even use the device on a couple of the skin tones. My wife is fine using it, but it also appears that some hair colors and those with certain health issues aren't supposed to use it, either so I haven't tried it. I guess it's the same as other similar products, but after reading that list, it seems like more people would not be able to use this than those who would. Based on my research, this device seems like I would like a cordless, higher powered unit with a larger light area (but I don't know yet if that is possible - they all look pretty small), built-in cooling, and maybe even a skin-tone sensor, and definitely will more detailed and informative instructions. And this is purely subjective, but a different style as well; I'm not a fan of the look. My wife is pretty happy with it, but if I were able to use this kind of device there are others that would better fit my preferences. Thank you for reading, I hope it was helpful.

From what I've experienced so far, this is a nice laser hair remover. I've had similar items before and this model worked about the same. That being said, it type of hair remover takes time to really see results. I haven't used it long enough to review the actual hair removing effects. I will update this review as usage continues. For the times I have used it, I haven't experienced any problems. No burns or skin irritation. What I really like about this model is the smaller faceplate. It's perfect for getting smaller areas such as face, knees, shins, etc. There are several negatives. It doesn't come with a cooling feature so it does feel much hotter than other models with a cooling option. The instructions are quite unhelpful. If you've never used a laser hair remover before, please look up some real instructions/guidelines before using. I've looked everywhere and can't find a brand name. The brand name in the listing say "Mihilo" but I can't find it anywhere on the product, instructions or box. Honestly, that concerns me a little.

It is easy to use as there are two buttons, the power/level and the trigger, and the touch screen, mode, at the top. Now, it can get a little warm if you go as fast as it will allow and it's pretty much pain free. It's still within reason as it's a quick snap when it pulses the light. This is not an instant 'flash and no more hair' solution, it does take time for the results to show. But I have noticed a reduction in the treated areas as the hair lessens with continued use, reducing shaving time I would recommend checking the strength setting every so often as I've found that it is easy to inadvertently depress the button and not realize that you've either reduced or increased the the setting. But, that could just be me.
