Laser assembly instructions could have been a little more clear but if I can put it together, so can you. The instructions to download and use the cell phone app are not easily understood but the laser works using LaserGBRL. I design my work using Vetric pro with the laser post processor. This laser has a large engraving area and works well with what I use it for. Overall it is worth the money. Will update this post if I add on the 4th rotary axis in the future.

The media could not be loaded. Assembly of this unit is a little challenging. Instructions are located on a USB stick. The files are RAR files. I had trouble unzipping these as my computer didn't recognize them. The instructions are lacking and you get to the last page of mounting the Laser. That is the end of the assembly instructions. No information on how the main cable is attached. We finally figured that out. I have never worked with a laser cutting machine before. So maybe if you knew what you were doing it might make more sense. I downloaded the design and cutting software direct from Lightburn and laser GRBL. Being new to this I wasn't sure which program would be easier to use. Watched a few YouTube tutorials. The programs recognized the cutter with no problem. Made my first item following the tutorial for Lightburn. All in all, I think this is a good entry level cutting machine. Wished there was a better manual for assembly and startup.

This is undoubtedly excellent customer service.So far i really like this laser engraver machine.It's really friendly for beginners，According to the assembly video provided by LUNYEE, it took me an hour to assemble the machine, and the assembly process is also very simple,I used the lightburn plugin, it is fully compatible with this machine.The machine is currently running flawlessly, no problems found

The media could not be loaded. I need to create marquetry and inlay artworks made of large wood veneers,so I purchased LUNYEE laser engraving machine. This machine is really big and can hold boards up to 39*39 inches. It's 10W laser is more than enough to cut wood veneers.The cut pieces assembled tight with no visible gaps. The USB connection is very stable and reliable，I use the plugin LaserGRBL and it is fully compatible, as in the video, I tried to engrave the pattern in the new skateboard (the video was sped up), the effect is very good, the pattern engraving is very clear, as my first laser engraver, it is really perfect, Overall, this is the best buy for the money.
